铬渣-页岩烧结砖的制备工艺研究

【摘要】:测试分析了铬渣和页岩的矿物组成、化学成分,并把铬渣掺入到页岩中制备烧结砖。实验研究了铬渣与页岩的配比及其烧成制度对烧结制品性能(抗压强度、体积密度、烧结线收缩率和吸水率)的影响,测定了铬渣-页岩烧结砖浸出液中重金属元素(Ba,Cr,Cu,Ni,Pb,Zn,As,Cd和Co)的含量,并利用X射线衍射仪和扫描电子显微镜对烧结制品进行微观结构分析。通过单因素实验确定了铬渣-页岩烧结砖的最佳制备条件:铬渣掺入量为7%,烧结温度为900~1 000℃,保温时间为4h。
[Abstract]:The mineral composition and chemical composition of chromium slag and shale were tested and analyzed, and chromium slag was mixed into shale to prepare sintered brick. The effects of the ratio of chromium slag and shale and its sintering system on the properties of sintered products (compressive strength, volume density, shrinkage of sintering line and water absorption) were studied experimentally. The heavy metal elements (Ba,Cr,) in leaching solution of chromium slag and shale sintered brick were determined. The content of Cu,Ni,Pb,Zn,As,Cd and Co, and the microstructure of the sintered products were analyzed by X-ray diffractometer and scanning electron microscope. The optimum preparation conditions of chromium slag and shale sintered brick were determined by single factor experiment. The content of chromium slag was 7%, sintering temperature was 900n 1 000 鈩,
