砖、砼再生细骨料砂浆力学性能及应用研究

【摘要】:随着建设活动大规模加剧,建筑资源日趋减少与建筑垃圾引发的环境恶化问题日益严峻,如何将建筑垃圾的更好地回收利用成为了专家与学者共同关注的问题。将砖、砼再生细骨料应用于砂浆的制备,提高了建筑垃圾的利用率,能够产生良好的经济效益、社会效益和环保效益。 本文首先通过对砖、砼再生细骨料特征性能分析及研究,对再生细骨料进行级配调整及预吸水处理,提高其品质,取代天然砂配置再生骨料砂浆。通过设置不同再生细骨料取代率配置强度分别为M5,M10,M15砂浆,测试其不同配合比下各种再生骨料砂浆试件的立方体抗压强度,从而得出细骨料取代率对再生骨料砂浆性能的影响规律,不同灰砂比对再生骨料砂浆的影响规律,以及不同强度等级再生骨料砂浆最佳基础配比。通过对粉煤灰的组成成分及对砂浆作用机理的分析,对其进行不同掺量配比配制等级强度为M5、M10、M15的再生骨料砂浆进行立方体抗压强度试验研究,对再生骨料砂浆的和易性及力学性能进行评估,从而得出粉煤灰对再生骨料砂浆性能的影响规律,以及得到粉煤灰在再生骨料砂浆中对水泥的最佳取代率。最后,通过配置不同强度等级及不同配合比的再生骨料砂浆,分别和普通蒸压粉煤灰砖砌筑砌体双剪试验试件,测试试件抗剪强度从而评价再生骨料砂浆的粘结性能。 本文通过理论分析及试验研究对废砖和废弃砼再生细骨料砂浆的应用性能进行深入研究和探讨,希望这些结论能对废砖的再生利用及再生骨料砂浆的应用推广提供一定的参考依据。
[Abstract]:With the large-scale aggravation of construction activities, the problem of environmental deterioration caused by construction waste is becoming more and more serious. How to recycle construction waste has become a common concern of experts and scholars. The application of brick and concrete recycled fine aggregate to the preparation of mortar improves the utilization ratio of construction waste and can produce good economic benefit, social benefit and environmental protection benefit. In this paper, the characteristics of brick and concrete recycled fine aggregate are analyzed and studied firstly, then the recycled fine aggregate is adjusted and preabsorbed to improve its quality and replace the natural sand with recycled aggregate mortar. The cube compressive strength of various recycled aggregate mortar specimens was tested by setting different reclaimed fine aggregate replacement ratio configuration strength as M5 M10M15 mortar. Thus, the influence of fine aggregate replacement ratio on the properties of recycled aggregate mortar, the influence of different ratio of lime to sand on the performance of recycled aggregate mortar, and the optimum basic ratio of recycled aggregate mortar of different strength grades are obtained. By analyzing the composition of fly ash and the action mechanism of mortar, the cubic compressive strength of recycled aggregate mortar with different mixing ratio was studied. Based on the evaluation of the properties of recycled aggregate mortar, the influence of fly ash on the properties of recycled aggregate mortar and the optimum replacement ratio of fly ash to cement in recycled aggregate mortar were obtained. Finally, the shear strength of recycled aggregate mortar with different strength grade and mix ratio is tested by double shear test specimens of ordinary autoclaved pulverized coal brick masonry, and the bond performance of recycled aggregate mortar is evaluated. Through theoretical analysis and experimental study, the application properties of recycled fine aggregate mortar of waste brick and waste concrete are deeply studied and discussed in this paper. It is hoped that these conclusions can provide a certain reference for the recycling of waste bricks and the application and popularization of recycled aggregate mortar.
