基于系统动力学的城区宜居环境模拟研究

【摘要】:随着城市建设进程的加快,诸如住房紧张、环境污染、交通堵塞、资源匮乏等问题越来越突出。面对日趋严重的城市问题,怎样建设宜居城市,,提高居民的生活质量,改善居住环境,建立合理的城市生态体系,实现城市的可持续发展,是政府和居民关注的焦点问题。本文根据导师课题组承担的国家“十二五”科技支撑计划重大项目《城市老工业搬迁区功能重构和环境宜居性建设关键技术研究与示范》的四项子课题中的第一子课题—老工业搬迁区环境评价、规划设计与模拟研究为支撑,对城区宜居环境模拟进行研究。 在借鉴研究国内外宜居相关理论与实践的基础上,以“宜居城市科学评价标准”为参考,构建城区宜居环境评价指标体,并利用语义变量分析法确定了各个指标的权重,城区宜居环境评价指标体系的建立为宜居评价提供了依据。以系统动力学为理论基础,选择城区宜居环境中几个具有代表性的关键因素,如居民素质、交通便宜度、绿化率、医疗技术水平、商业服务质量等建立了相应的模型,通过这些模型可以对关键因素进行分析。此外,以评价指标体系为依据建立了城区宜居环境满意度评价模型,通过这个模型可以实现对城区环境宜居满意度的评价。为了实现对城区宜居环境的模拟,以Microsoft Visual Studio2010为开发工具,SuperMap Deskpro.NET为开发平台,开发了城区宜居环境仿真系统,通过该仿真系统可以实现模拟城区宜居环境的部分项目、浏览总的模拟图并显示关键因素的量化值。本文通过对城区宜居环境评价指标体系、系统动力学模型以及仿真系统的分析,实现了关于城区宜居环境的研究。
[Abstract]:With the acceleration of urban construction, problems such as housing shortage, environmental pollution, traffic jam and resource scarcity are becoming more and more prominent. Facing the increasingly serious urban problems, how to build livable cities, improve the quality of life of residents, improve the living environment, establish a reasonable urban ecological system, and realize the sustainable development of the city, is the focus of attention of the government and residents. According to the national "12th Five-Year Plan" Science and Technology support Project of the National "Twelfth Five-Year Plan", this paper is the first of the four sub-topics of the key technology research and demonstration of functional reconstruction and environmentally livable construction of the old industrial relocation area of the city, according to the national "12th Five-Year Plan" scientific and technological support plan undertaken by the tutor task group. Subproject-Environmental Assessment of Old Industrial relocation areas, Based on planning design and simulation research, the simulation of livable environment in urban area is studied. On the basis of studying the theory and practice of livable environment at home and abroad, taking the scientific evaluation standard of livable city as the reference, the index body of livable environment evaluation in urban area is constructed, and the weight of each index is determined by semantic variable analysis method. The establishment of urban livable environment evaluation index system provides the basis for livable evaluation. Based on the theory of system dynamics, several representative key factors in urban livable environment, such as residents' quality, transportation cheapness, green rate, medical technology level, commercial service quality and so on, are selected. These models can be used to analyze the key factors. In addition, based on the evaluation index system, the evaluation model of urban livable environment satisfaction degree is established, through which the evaluation of urban environment livable satisfaction degree can be realized. In order to realize the simulation of livable environment in urban area, the simulation system of livable environment in urban area is developed with Microsoft Visual Studio2010 as the development tool and SuperMap Deskpro.NET as the development platform. Through this simulation system, some projects of simulating the livable environment in the urban area can be realized. Browse the total analog chart and display the quantization values of the key factors. Based on the analysis of the evaluation index system, system dynamics model and simulation system of livable environment in urban area, the research on livable environment in urban area is realized in this paper.
