开平古村落保护的控制与引导方法研究

【摘要】：传统古村落经历了千百年物质文化的积淀，形成独树一帜的历史文化，其稳定的空间格局、实用的空间模式、亲切的空间氛围、统一的空间风貌以及千百年来不断积累沉淀和发展的传统文化风俗，使得古村落呈现出一片繁荣的景象。但随着我国的城市化进程进入高速发展阶段，城市功能和生活方式的注入却使古村落的肌理遭到严重的破坏。村民城市意识加强，盲目改造原有的生活居住环境，过度开发古村落旅游以追求近期的经济效益，古村落的保护与发展受到了威胁。论文通过对开平古村落进行实地调研、问卷调查及访谈内容的整理总结，发现开平古村落在保护与发展的过程中存在以下不足：其一，古村落保护缺乏相应的标准，破坏现象频繁发生，村落保护缺乏可参照实施的细则；其二，旅游业引入暴露出古村落内部环境设施等多方面的不适应性，揭露了古村落内部的发展滞后。因此论文针对以上两个问题，从古村落的空间特征进行深入研究，为古村落的可持续发展建立控制与引导体系。首先，说明论文的选题背景和研究意义以及论文的研究思路，构建全文的研究框架。其次阐述控制与引导方法的研究现状，分析该方法在古村落应用中的研究思路，并提出本文的主要研究对象及其在保护与发展中存在的问题；再次，以开平古村落的核心特色——中西合璧思想为研究基础，分析在这种思想影响下，古村落的空间格局、街巷空间、环境设施以及建筑实体的特征，并总结构成四类特色的要素内容，为控制与引导体系的建立提供坚实的基础。最后，根据上文所提取的要素内容进行具体的控制与引导，并利用导则的表述方法，对各要素的具体内容进行相关表述方式的严格界定。为古村落在当代社会发展中面临的困境提出有效地挽救措施，使开平古村落的历史文化资源在当代物质文明和精神文明建设中重新焕发活力；并以自力村为研究对象进行控制与引导方法的实际应用，，以促进控制与引导内容的实施。论文运用控制与引导的方法从定性、定量及图示等三个方面对开平古村落要素的控制与引导内容进行表达，深入分析开平古村落空间格局、街巷空间形态、环境设施以及建筑形态等方面的特色，并以此建立古村落的控制与引导体系，提出保护和发展的启示，以期提高开平古村落的空间品质和环境质量，寻求其可持续发展之路，为传统古村落的保护与发展提供一定的借鉴价值。
[Abstract]:Traditional ancient villages have experienced thousands of years of material culture accumulation, forming a unique historical culture, its stable spatial pattern, practical space model, friendly spatial atmosphere, The unity of spatial features and the accumulation and development of traditional culture and customs for thousands of years make the ancient villages a prosperous scene. However, with the rapid development of urbanization in our country, the function of city and the way of life have been seriously damaged by the injection of urban function and lifestyle. The villagers' urban consciousness is strengthened, the original living environment is changed blindly, and the tourism of ancient villages is overdeveloped to pursue the economic benefits in the near future, the protection and development of the ancient villages are threatened. Through the field investigation, questionnaire survey and interview, it is found that there are some shortcomings in the protection and development of the ancient villages in Kaiping. Firstly, the protection of the ancient villages lacks the corresponding standards. The phenomenon of destruction occurs frequently, and the village protection lacks the detailed rules to be implemented; Secondly, the introduction of tourism has exposed the inadaptability of the internal environmental facilities of ancient villages, and exposed the lag in the development of ancient villages. Therefore, the paper aims at the above two problems, from the ancient village spatial characteristics of in-depth research, for the sustainable development of ancient villages to establish a control and guidance system. Firstly, the background and significance of the thesis are explained, and the research framework is constructed. Secondly, the research status of control and guidance method is described, and the research ideas of this method in the application of ancient villages are analyzed, and the main research object of this paper and the problems existing in the protection and development of this method are put forward. Thirdly, based on the core characteristic of Kaiping Ancient Village-the combination of Chinese and Western thoughts, the paper analyzes the spatial pattern, street and lane space, environmental facilities and the characteristics of architectural entities of the ancient villages under the influence of this thought. And summarizes the four types of characteristics of the elements to provide a solid foundation for the establishment of control and guidance system. Finally, according to the extraction of the elements of the content of specific control and guidance, and the use of guidelines to describe the specific elements of the specific content of the strict definition of the relevant expression. To put forward effective rescue measures for the predicament of ancient villages in the development of contemporary society, so that the historical and cultural resources of Kaiping ancient villages will be revitalized in the construction of contemporary material civilization and spiritual civilization. In order to promote the implementation of the control and guidance content, the practical application of the control and guidance method is carried out by taking the village of Zili as the research object. The paper uses the method of control and guidance to express the control and guiding content of Kaiping ancient village elements from three aspects: qualitative, quantitative and graphic, and deeply analyzes the spatial pattern of Kaiping ancient village and the spatial form of street and alley. Based on the characteristics of environmental facilities and architectural forms, this paper sets up the control and guidance system of ancient villages, and puts forward the enlightenment of protection and development, in order to improve the spatial and environmental quality of Kaiping ancient villages, and to seek the way of sustainable development. For the protection and development of traditional ancient villages to provide certain reference value.
