度假酒店设计中地域文化的传承与创新研究

【摘要】:近年来,随着世界旅游产业向着一体化发展,我国传统旅游方式向着新兴的休闲度假旅游方式转变,度假酒店这种新的建筑在我国如雨后春笋般纷纷涌现。国家因此也制定了相关的政策扶持其发展,据《2010——2011年中国休闲发展报告》测算,2010年我国居民休闲消费人数相当于消费人数总数的14.2%,相当于GDP的5.51%,从2000年到2010年,国内酒店从1万座增加到16500座,增长率近100%。但是,大跃进式的发展必定带着重重隐忧。放眼国内,我国大部分的度假酒店都缺少了一种中国特有的味道:要么是国外酒店的复制品,让人在“异国他乡”里乐不思蜀;要么就是恣意拼贴的国际风格建筑,冷漠无情让人不知所云。 度假酒店是依托良好的自然地理或者人文遗产,创造适宜的、优美的、具有人性化特征的休闲度假环境和服务设施,为度假者提供持续性的(至少7天以上)全方位的环境和文化氛围体验和多样化的娱乐或者技能学习活动的综合区域。从定义可以看出,地域文化是度假酒店设计和依托的根源,而造成国内度假酒店重重忧患的重要原因之一就是对地域文化的漠视。因此,论文从旅游的角度进行切入,针对度假酒店对旅游区开发的重要作用和自身建设问题,并且于全球同质化的语境下指出:度假酒店地域性设计研究迫在眉睫。 论文在第二章首先追溯度假酒店的发源,结合国内目前的设计现状,分析并反思度假酒店设计发展的不足与弊端,并通过综合调研和前人的研究成果指出对其发展起关键性的因素——地域文化。第三章首先站在思维层面从建筑的五个方面对目前度假酒店中的地域文化进行分析,然后归纳出不同类型的度假酒店的地域性设计策略。第四章从国内外多名建筑大师的地域性现代建筑设计理念和设计实践中学习设计思维,研究世界各地建筑对外来文化吸收和借鉴的历史经验,为度假酒店设计中地域文化的创新提供启发,引导国内度假酒店地域性设计的发展。第五章是基于本课题研究的设计实践。第六章是对本论文的研究和分析的总结,希望得出的经验可以为今后的度假酒店设计抛砖引玉,起到借鉴和启发作用,这也是本次研究的目标所在。
[Abstract]:In recent years, with the development of the world tourism industry towards integration, the traditional tourism mode of our country has changed to the new leisure tourism mode, and the new building of resort hotel has sprung up one after another in our country. As a result, the country has also formulated relevant policies to support its development. According to the China Leisure Development report 2010-2011, the number of leisure consumers in our country in 2010 was equivalent to 14.2 percent of the total number of consumers, equivalent to 5.51 percent of the GDP. From 2000 to 2010, domestic hotels increased from 10, 000 to 16500, a growth rate of nearly 100. But the development of the Great Leap forward must be fraught with worries. Looking at our country, most of our holiday hotels lack a unique flavor of China: either a replica of foreign hotels, people in "foreign countries" in the happy Shu; Either it is a wanton collage of international style architecture, cold and ruthless people do not know. Resort hotels rely on good natural geography or cultural heritage to create suitable, beautiful, humanized leisure environment and service facilities. A comprehensive area where vacationers are provided with a continuous (at least 7 days) full range of environmental and cultural experiences and diverse recreational or skill learning activities. It can be seen from the definition that regional culture is the root of the design and reliance of resort hotels, and the neglect of regional culture is one of the important reasons for the difficulties caused by domestic resort hotels. Therefore, from the perspective of tourism, this paper aims at the important role of resort hotels in the development of tourist areas and their own construction, and points out that the study of regional design of resort hotels is urgent in the context of global homogeneity. In the second chapter, the author first traces the origin of the resort hotel, combining with the current design situation in China, analyzes and reflects on the shortcomings and drawbacks of the design development of the resort hotel. And through comprehensive research and previous research results, points out that the key factor to its development-regional culture. The third chapter firstly analyzes the regional culture of the resort hotels from five aspects of architecture, and then summarizes the regional design strategies of different types of resort hotels. The fourth chapter studies the design thinking from the regional modern architectural design idea and design practice of many architecture masters at home and abroad, and studies the historical experience that the architecture around the world absorbs and uses for reference to foreign culture. To provide inspiration for the innovation of regional culture in the design of resort hotels and guide the development of regional design of domestic resort hotels. The fifth chapter is the design practice based on this research. The sixth chapter is a summary of the research and analysis of this paper, hoping that the experience can be used for reference and inspiration for the future design of resort hotels, which is also the goal of this study.
