切缝药包爆轰冲击动力学行为研究
[Abstract]:High-speed schlieren experiments on detonation fluctuation of slit charge with different structures were carried out. The dynamic evolution mechanism of detonation wave was obtained by numerical simulation. The double slit / coupling slit charge package and double slit / uncoupled slit charge package were studied. The motion process of explosive wave front of single slit / coupling slit charge package and single slit / uncoupled slit charge package is analyzed numerically. The effects of material quality and charge density on detonation fluctuation of slit charge are numerically analyzed. The detonation fluctuation mechanism of slit charge is discussed. The plastic dynamic response of slit tube under explosive load was studied by numerical simulation and phenomenological experiment. The effect of dynamic response of slit tube on the effect of directional fracture blasting is analyzed. The effect of different constitutive models on dynamic response of slit tube is analyzed and the dynamic response characteristics of the tube under different loading rates are calculated. The fixed device of underwater explosive sensor was designed, and the spatial and temporal parameter distribution of the slit charge was studied. The shock wave and bubble pulsation parameters of the slit charge were obtained in the direction of cutting seam and the direction of vertical slit. The time-space parameters of the explosive wave in the slit charge are obtained, and the spectrum characteristics of the explosive wave in the direction of the slit and the direction of the vertical slit are studied, and the time-frequency analysis of the signal of the explosive wave is carried out. In this paper, the mechanism of directional fracture blasting of slit cartridge is explained from a new point of view.
