混凝土水泥水化过程的电化学阻抗谱研究

【摘要】:混凝土是当今建筑业最重要的建筑材料。它的耐久性是混凝土结构面临的最大挑战。以往多采用破坏原有试件的宏观方法对混凝土的基本特性进行测试,但这种方法不能从混凝土的细观结构来观测其性能的变化。 因此,本文采用电化学阻抗谱方法来测试混凝土中水泥水化过程的基本特性,对混凝土中水泥水化过程有了更深入的认识。电化学阻抗谱方法是目前存在的一种新的实验工具,混凝土材料可以视为是一种多孔介质,通过测定混凝土中孔结构和毛细结构电解质溶液的电性质,以及研究水泥浆体/集料界面过渡区电解质溶液的电性质,从而了解混凝土的细观结构。电化学阻抗谱能灵敏地反应混凝土中水泥水化过程的细观结构的变化,是一种动态测量混凝土硬化水泥浆体细观结构变化的无损的方法。 通过对混凝土中水泥水化过程的电化学阻抗谱进行测量,并对实测的数据用Origin7.5和ZsimpWin软件进行拟合、分析,通过电化学阻抗参数的变化来了解混凝土材料细观结构特性的变化情况,说明该方法可用于混凝土基本特性的研究。本文的研究内容如下: (1)通过进行混凝土中不泥水化过程的电化学阻抗谱研究,得到水灰比和水化龄期对混凝土中水泥水化过程的电化学阻抗谱的影响和混凝土细观结构阻抗参数的变化规律。 (2)通过对掺入粉煤灰或矿渣的混凝土中水泥水化过程进行电化学阻抗谱研究,得到不同粉煤灰或矿渣掺量对混凝土电化学阻抗谱和细观结构参数的影响。 (3)在所做试验的基础上,了解了不同粉煤灰或矿渣掺量的混凝土电化学阻抗谱的随水化龄期的变化情况。
[Abstract]:Concrete is the most important building material in today's construction industry. Its durability is the biggest challenge to concrete structure. In the past, the macroscopic method of destroying the original specimen was used to test the basic characteristics of concrete, but this method could not observe the change of concrete performance from the microscopic structure of concrete. Therefore, electrochemical impedance spectroscopy is used to test the basic characteristics of cement hydration process in concrete, and a deeper understanding of cement hydration process in concrete has been obtained. Electrochemical impedance spectroscopy (EIS) method is a new experimental tool. Concrete material can be regarded as a porous medium. The electrical properties of electrolyte solution of pore structure and capillary structure in concrete are measured. The electrical properties of electrolyte solution in the transition zone between cement paste and aggregate interface are studied to understand the microstructure of concrete. Electrochemical impedance spectroscopy (EIS) can sensitively reflect the change of meso-structure of cement hydration process in concrete. It is a non-destructive method for dynamic measurement of meso-structure changes of concrete hardened cement paste. By measuring the electrochemical impedance spectrum of cement hydration process in concrete and fitting the measured data with Origin7.5 and ZsimpWin software, The change of microstructure characteristics of concrete materials is studied by the change of electrochemical impedance parameters, which indicates that this method can be used to study the basic properties of concrete. The main contents of this paper are as follows: (1) the electrochemical impedance spectroscopy (EIS) of non-muddy hydration process in concrete is studied. The influence of water-cement ratio and hydration age on the electrochemical impedance spectrum of cement hydration process in concrete and the variation of impedance parameters of concrete meso-structure were obtained. (2) the influence of different amount of fly ash or slag on the electrochemical impedance spectrum and microstructure parameters of concrete was obtained by electrochemical impedance spectroscopy (EIS) study on the hydration process of cement mixed with fly ash or slag. (3) on the basis of the experiment, the change of electrochemical impedance spectrum of concrete with different content of fly ash or slag with hydration age is studied.
