家装企业内部设计沟通模式研究

【摘要】:摘要:自20世纪90年代,房地产经济发展起来,装饰设计企业迅猛发展,尤以家装企业为盛。经过十多年的兴盛与蓬勃,家装行业中竞争呈逐年递增的发展态势,企业要维持自身的生存与发展需要不断地加强内部建设。国内外研究证明,设计管理职能的发挥离不开设计沟通,设计沟通能正确处理“设计人”与设计关系,形成多向沟通。因此,家装企业内部有效设计沟通,能推动设计程序有效运行,促进企业发展。 文章分析了设计沟通的类型特征和功能,认为有效的设计沟通有利于工作效率的提升、员工关系的构建和核心价值观的形成。从家装企业现有的组合式管理和专业分工管理方式入手,结合家装企业内部设计沟通方式、设计沟通模型及设计沟通难点表现形式,发现设计沟通难点产生的原因主要是由于知识异质、利益因素、个性因素和渠道媒介因素造成的。根据国内外研究成果结合家装企业现实情况,提出了有效设计沟通模式的构建思路,从策略、战略和整体三个方面构建了设计沟通模式,并说明了模式运行的方式与要求。最后,将模式运用于家装企业设计管理中。 全文以实用性和学术型为指导思想,将管理学、信息学中理论原理引入设计企业,从新的视角构建设计沟通模式。为设计企业管理者提供新的思考角度,以期为家装企业更好地协调设计资源和达成设计目标,为同类型企业设计管理提供参考。
[Abstract]:Absrtact: since 1990's, real estate economy has developed, decoration design enterprises have developed rapidly, especially home decoration enterprises. After more than ten years of prosperity and prosperity, the competition in the home decoration industry is increasing year by year. Enterprises need to strengthen the internal construction to maintain their own survival and development. Studies at home and abroad have proved that the function of design management is inseparable from design communication, and design communication can correctly handle the relationship between "designer" and design, and form multi-direction communication. Therefore, internal effective design communication can promote the effective operation of design procedures and promote the development of enterprises. This paper analyzes the characteristics and functions of design communication, and holds that effective design communication is beneficial to the improvement of work efficiency, the construction of employee relationship and the formation of core values. Starting with the existing combined management and professional division of labor management, combining the internal design communication mode, the design communication model and the design communication difficult expression form, It is found that the difficulties of design communication are mainly caused by heterogeneity of knowledge, interests, personality and channel media. According to the domestic and foreign research results combined with the actual situation of domestic and international enterprises, this paper puts forward the idea of effective design communication mode, constructs the design communication mode from three aspects of strategy, strategy and whole, and explains the mode and requirements of the mode operation. Finally, the model is applied to the design management of home decoration enterprises. Based on the guiding ideology of practicability and academic, this paper introduces the theory principle of management and informatics into the design enterprise, and constructs the design communication mode from a new angle of view. This paper provides a new thinking angle for the managers of design enterprises in order to better coordinate the design resources and achieve the design goals for the domestic decoration enterprises and to provide reference for the design management of the same type enterprises.
