基于步行指数的城市日常生活设施配置合理性评估——以深圳市福田区为例

【摘要】:定量评价城市步行性,优化日常生活设施布局,提高居民步行出行便利度,是缓解拥堵及污染问题、改善城市人居环境的一个重要途径。通过国外步行指数方法计算得到深圳市福田区步行指数,可用于评价福田区总体以及各街道的步行性水平,并根据日常设施在选取的样本点周围的分布现状,对福田区的日常生活设施配置合理性进行总体评估。结果表明,福田区总体具有较高的步行性。结合新浪微博签到数据,发现其与步行指数高度的空间分布一致性。福田区的日常设施总体分布合理,居民日常需求基本可以得到满足,但书店布局较不合理,需适当补充该类设施。
[Abstract]:Quantitative evaluation of urban walking, optimizing the layout of daily living facilities and improving the walking convenience of residents are an important way to alleviate congestion and pollution problems and improve the urban living environment. The walking index of Futian District of Shenzhen City can be calculated by the method of foreign walking index, which can be used to evaluate the walking level of the whole area and the streets in Futian District, and according to the distribution of daily facilities around the selected sample points. The rational allocation of daily living facilities in Futian District is evaluated as a whole. The results show that Futian District has a higher walking ability. Combined with Sina Weibo sign-in data, it is found that the spatial distribution of the height of walking index is consistent. The general distribution of daily facilities in Futian District is reasonable, and the daily needs of residents can be basically satisfied, but the layout of bookstores is not reasonable, so it is necessary to supplement these facilities properly.
