新型负载敏感控制挖掘机液压系统的研究

【摘要】:随着工程施工机械化程度的不断提高,作为土石方作业的主要机械设备,液压挖掘机的需求量也越来越大。但是,单斗液压挖掘机在作业过程中负荷变化非常频繁,能量损失很大。为有效降低能量损失,改善工作性能,本课题提出一种新型挖掘机负载敏感控制液压系统,以两负载为例完成液压系统的设计和分析以及相应的电子控制系统的设计。 常见的挖掘机液压控制系统有负流量控制、正流量控制和负载敏感控制三种类型,,其中负载敏感控制的节能效果、操作性能等更具优势。本文将插装阀、电子泵和电液比例技术相结合,实现负载敏感控制。新系统用Valvistor调速阀对流量进行控制;用基于二通插装阀的换向阀组对油液流向进行控制;电子泵输出与系统所需相对应的压力和流量。 本文首先应用仿真软件AMESim完成Valvistor节流阀和调速阀的运动学建模和仿真,分析其控制特性和负载特性;然后完成两负载工况下新型负载敏感液压系统设计;最后以TTC60高速控制器为核心,完成新型负载敏感液压系统电子控制系统的软硬件设计,并进行调试试验,验证了控制系统的各项功能。
[Abstract]:With the improvement of engineering construction mechanization, the demand of hydraulic excavator, as the main mechanical equipment of earthwork, is increasing. However, the load of single bucket hydraulic excavator changes frequently and the energy loss is very large. In order to effectively reduce energy loss and improve working performance, this paper presents a new hydraulic system for load sensitive control of excavators. Taking two loads as an example, the design and analysis of hydraulic system and the design of corresponding electronic control system are completed. There are three types of hydraulic control system of excavator: negative flow control, positive flow control and load-sensitive control, among which the energy-saving effect and operation performance of load-sensitive control have more advantages. In this paper, the cartridge valve, electronic pump and electro-hydraulic proportional technology are combined to realize load sensitive control. The new system uses Valvistor speed regulating valve to control the flow rate; the reversing valve group based on two-way cartridge valve is used to control the flow direction of the oil; and the output of the electronic pump corresponds to the pressure and flow rate required by the system. In this paper, the kinematics modeling and simulation of Valvistor throttle valve and speed regulating valve are completed by using the simulation software AMESim, and the control characteristics and load characteristics of Valvistor throttle valve are analyzed, then the design of a new load-sensitive hydraulic system under two load conditions is completed. Finally, the hardware and software design of the electronic control system of the new load-sensitive hydraulic system is completed with the TTC60 high-speed controller as the core, and the debugging experiment is carried out to verify the functions of the control system.
