高层住宅小区生态景观设计研究
[Abstract]:The ecological landscape design, which emphasizes science, advocates nature and follows the design law, is the basis of establishing suitable living environment and ensuring the harmonious development of human living environment and ecological balance. With the continuous development of society and economy, the steady improvement of urbanization level, the rapid development of residential construction industry and the increasing material and spiritual needs of people, The construction mode of high-rise residential district plays a more and more important role in the housing industry and is gradually popularized in urban construction. Its characteristics of high volume ratio and low coverage rate alleviate the contradiction of the shortage of urban housing land. Compared with the traditional courtyard landscape design of unit multi-story house, townhouse or single-family villa, the ecological landscape design of high-rise residential district in modern city is due to the particularity of its architectural height. It has become the most important part in the planning, design and construction of modern urban residential areas. How to introduce the natural and beautiful outdoor environment into the living space of the high-rise residents, how to create a public landscape environment which meets the needs of the residents and is conducive to the establishment of harmonious neighborhood relations has become the focus of active exploration in the residential industry in recent years. Based on the changes of urban residential forms caused by the process of high-speed urbanization and the analysis of the present situation of environmental landscape design of high-rise residential areas at home and abroad, this paper is based on the high volume rate of high-rise residential areas and poor local climate. In view of the special environmental characteristics of landscape construction, aiming at the imbalance of the relationship between garden and architecture in high-rise residential area, the system restriction is not enough, the landscape is too centralized, and the present situation of landscape planning, such as putting emphasis on display rather than practicality, is carried out layer by layer. In this paper, the related concepts of high-rise residential buildings, landscape environment, ecological construction, topography, vegetation, water body, pavement, landscape sketch, landscape lighting are analyzed in the process of ecological landscape design of high-rise residential district in modern city. On the basis of the landscape design elements such as supporting facilities and the existing problems of landscape greening in high-rise residential areas, according to the psychological needs of residents' behavior in the high-rise residential areas, the aerial greening, the wall greening, the roof greening, the aerial courtyard greening, Interior greening and other high-rise residential landscape design elements and new materials, construction technology, try to summarize the high-rise residential district people-oriented, economic and practical, garden aesthetics, landscape ecology, sustainable development, local, The principle of ecological landscape design and the complete frame of ecological landscape design are revealed. Finally, the article summarizes the general planning, green space, garden architecture, plant configuration, road system, supporting facilities and other specific design methods of high-rise residential areas, and at the same time, on the new building materials, new cultivation technology, The impact of 3D printing technology on ecological landscape design of high-rise residential areas is prospected. The purpose of this paper is to improve the ecological environment of high-rise residential buildings, to further improve the ecological landscape system of urban human settlements, and to create a comfortable and pleasant living environment for residents.
