济南地区绿色老年公寓设计研究

【摘要】:老龄化问题既是社会进步的必然结果,我国于上世纪末进入老龄化社会,在进入21世纪后,老年人口仍以每年3.2%的速度增长,预计到到了2050年,我国老年人口数量将会达到全国人口的28%,超过4亿,养老形势非常严峻。如何解决养老问题,为老年人提供舒适的生活环境受到全社会的广泛关注。 而随着能源问题的日益突出,我国建筑能耗巨大,环境污染严重,因此政府开始实施节能减排政策,大力推广绿色建筑,节约资源,保护环境,降低建筑能耗,使人与自然和谐发展。 近年来,我国家庭结构日趋小型化,人们养老观念也在发生变化,老年公寓受到越来越多的老年人的欢迎,老年人也更加关注老年公寓的居住环境是否满足他们的生理和心理需求,因此完善老年公寓室内外环境设计,为老年人创造舒适的居住空间已经成为了建筑师的当务之急。 本文的创新点是将绿色设计理念贯穿到方案设计中,从建筑设计和适宜技术应用两方面探讨适宜老年人身心特征的生活居住环境。 本文从老年人生理、心理以及行为特征方面入手,分析老年人对生活环境的需求及应注意的问题。并通过观察拍照与调查问卷相结合的方式,在对济南地区一些老年公寓进行实际调研考察,对其建筑设计、室内空间、室外环境、节能技术应用等方面进行深入调查研究,发现并总结了老年公寓建筑中普遍存在的问题。为后面的老年公寓绿色设计策略提供了现实依据。从建筑选址与规划、绿色公共空间设计、太阳能技术应用、智能化技术、公寓运营管理等几方面探讨老年公寓建筑设计中的要点,在此基础上才能为老年人建设健朗舒适的居住环境,并以力诺老年公寓设计为实例对理论的研究进一步证明。以期对今后济南地区老年公寓设计提供资料和指性建议。
[Abstract]:The problem of aging is the inevitable result of social progress. China entered an aging society at the end of last century. After entering the 21st century, the elderly population is still growing at a rate of 3.2% per year, and it is expected that by 2050, China's elderly population will reach 28% of the national population, more than 400 million, the pension situation is very serious. How to solve the pension problem and provide a comfortable living environment for the elderly has attracted wide attention of the whole society. With the energy problem becoming more and more prominent, the building energy consumption in our country is huge and the environment pollution is serious. Therefore, the government has begun to implement the policy of energy saving and emission reduction, vigorously promote green buildings, save resources, protect the environment, and reduce building energy consumption. Make man and nature develop harmoniously. In recent years, the family structure of our country is becoming smaller and smaller, and people's concept of providing for the aged is also changing, and the apartment for the aged is welcomed by more and more old people. The elderly also pay more attention to whether the living environment of the apartment for the elderly meets their physical and psychological needs. Therefore, improving the indoor and outdoor environment design of the apartment for the elderly and creating comfortable living space for the elderly has become an urgent task for architects. The innovation of this paper is to put the idea of green design into the design of the scheme, and to discuss the living environment suitable for the physical and mental characteristics of the elderly from the aspects of architectural design and application of appropriate technology. Starting with the physiological, psychological and behavioral characteristics of the elderly, this paper analyzes the needs of the elderly for their living environment and the problems to be paid attention to. And through the way of combining the observation and photo taking with the questionnaire, to carry on the actual investigation and investigation to some old people's apartments in Jinan area, carries on the thorough investigation and research to its architectural design, the indoor space, the outdoor environment, the energy saving technology application and so on. Found and summarized the common problems in the old apartment building. It provides the realistic basis for the green design strategy of the old apartment. This paper discusses the main points in the building design of the old apartment from the aspects of building location and planning, green public space design, solar energy technology application, intelligent technology, apartment operation and management, etc. On this basis, we can build a healthy and comfortable living environment for the elderly, and take the design of Linuo's apartment for the elderly as an example to further prove the theory. In order to provide data and indicative suggestions for the design of the apartment for the elderly in Jinan area in the future.
