T形钢异形柱抗火性能的试验研究

【摘要】:鉴于钢异形柱的承载能力高、截面小、抗震性能好、建筑美观等优点,其应用越来越广泛,但在火灾作用下其各项基本力学性能参数迅速下降,加之,钢异形柱是截面不规则的开口薄壁杆件,在火灾中受火面积大,与型钢混凝土异形柱相比,耐火性能差。一旦钢异形柱结构发生火灾,极有可能导致整个结构的坍塌,势必造成重大损失,因此对钢异形柱抗火性能的研究具有重要的意义。 本文选取典型的T形钢异形柱作为研究对象,通过火灾试验和ANSYS数值模拟揭示荷载偏心距以及焊接残余应力对T形钢异形柱的影响。具体研究内容及成果如下: 1.首先进行了5根焊接T形钢异形柱在SIO0834标准升温曲线下的火灾试验。1根T形钢异形柱施加轴压荷载,其余4根分别施加不同偏心距的偏心荷载,然后根据偏心距的变化,分析其临界温度、侧向位移、轴向位移、截面温度场的变化规律。试验结果表明:(1)火灾试验中,各T形钢异形柱温度呈不均匀分布,腹板1温度最高,翼缘3温度最低,差值约为50℃。(2)无论偏心距的大小,各T形钢异形柱的竖向位移随温度的变化趋势基本一致。(3)无论偏心距的大小,TZ1—TZ5的破坏形式都属于弯扭失稳。(4)在恒定轴向荷载作用下,随着偏心距的加大,T形钢异形柱的临界温度不断降低。(5)在恒定轴向荷载作用下,,T型钢异形柱随弯矩的增加,耐火时间不断缩短,但其对耐火时间的影响逐渐变小。 2.测量T形钢异形柱焊接残余应力,分析焊接焊接残余应力在异形柱中的分布规律,为本文分析焊接残余应力对T形钢异形柱抗火性能的影响提供理论基础和数据资料。 3.采用ANSYS有限元分析软件对高温下的T形钢异形柱的抗火性能进行有限元数值模拟,并与第3章火灾试验结果进行对比。根据偏心距的变化,确定T形钢异形柱的N-M曲线变化规律。具体结论如下:(1)在恒定轴向压力作用下,T形钢异形柱的临界温度随偏心距的增大而降低,且T形钢异形柱的轴向压力越大,偏心距对临界温度的影响越明显。(2)当为同一临界温度时,T形钢异形柱的轴向压力随着弯矩的增大而降低,基本呈线性递减趋势。(3)当临界温度不同时,T形钢异形柱的轴向压力随弯矩增大而降低的速率基本相同。 4.通过数值模拟分析残余应力对T形钢异形柱抗火性能的影响。具体结论如下:(1)在相同荷载条件下,有焊接残余应力的异形柱临界温度低于无焊接残余应力异形柱的临界温度。(2)当T形钢异形柱荷载比率较小时,相同条件下,有无焊接残余应力的临界温度差值为20℃-40℃;当T形钢异形柱荷载比率较大时,相同条件下,有无焊接残余应力的临界温度差值为50℃-150℃。
[Abstract]:In view of the advantages of high bearing capacity, small section, good aseismic performance and beautiful building, the steel special-shaped column has been used more and more widely, but the basic mechanical performance parameters of the steel special-shaped column have declined rapidly under the action of fire, in addition, The steel special-shaped column is a thin-walled member with irregular cross section, which has a large fire area in the fire, and its fire resistance is worse than that of the profiled steel concrete column. Once a fire occurs in a steel special-shaped column structure, it is very likely to cause the collapse of the whole structure, which is bound to cause great losses. Therefore, it is of great significance to study the fire resistance of the steel special-shaped column. In this paper, typical T-shaped steel special-shaped columns are selected as research objects. The effects of load eccentricity and welding residual stress on T-shaped steel special-shaped columns are revealed by fire test and ANSYS numerical simulation. The specific research contents and results are as follows: 1. First, the fire test of 5 welded T-shaped steel special-shaped columns under SIO0834 standard heating curve was carried out. One T-shaped steel special-shaped column was subjected to axial compression load, and the other four were subjected to eccentric load with different eccentricity, and then according to the variation of eccentricity, The variation of critical temperature, lateral displacement, axial displacement and cross-section temperature field is analyzed.
