珠江三角洲地区典型村落热环境研究

【摘要】:随着珠江三角洲地区乡村城镇化进程的推进和村庄规划、整治工作的开展,珠江三角洲地区的村落呈现出特有的“语言”形式,这些“语言”形式体现在村落规划布局形式、下垫面结构形式和建筑形式等方面,这种特有的村落“语言”形式下,使得村落热环境呈现出与之相对应的特点。本论文以典型村落为研究对象,通过计算机模拟,对村落的热环境状况进行量化分析,探讨村落热环境的营造手段,指出村落规划布局形式、下垫面空间结构形式和建筑形式对村落热环境的影响,并分析典型村落的热环境和建筑能耗状况。论文主要研究工作如下: 首先,,通过珠江三角洲地区村落的实地调研,了解村落现状,解析村落在规划布局、下垫面结构和建筑形式三个方面的表现形式,在解析的基础上进一步建立了村落热环境的模拟体系。 其次,运用微气候模拟软件对村落热环境组成参数进行模拟量化,分析村落热环境参数的日变化规律及各个村落特定区域热环境参数的差异性。分析结果表明村落的规划布局形式和下垫面空间结构形式对村落热环境参数的日变化规律和变化幅度具有直接影响。 第三,以珠江三角洲地区实际村落建筑单体为研究对象,建立能耗分析模型,以微气候模拟软件预测得到的村落微气候数据作为的边界条件进行能耗计算,选取建筑单位面积的日均冷负荷和总能耗,来分析典型村落的热环境和建筑能耗状况。研究结果表明:所选的实际村落中,新墩村通过村落规划布局形式、下垫面结构形式和建筑形式等诸多因素,综合作用形成的村落热环境下建筑能耗较高,三水村村落热环境下建筑能耗较低。 最后,通过村落微气候气象数据下的建筑能耗模拟方法,探讨村落建筑形式对建筑能耗的影响。研究表明:增加新墩村实际住宅的遮阳设施,对于实现新墩村实际住宅的建筑节能具有重要的现实意义;村落热环境组成参数中村落内部空气温度的恶劣可以通过加强村落内部的空气流动速度加以改善。
[Abstract]:With the advancement of rural urbanization and village planning and renovation in the Pearl River Delta region, villages in the Pearl River Delta region present unique "language" forms, which are reflected in the village planning and layout forms. In the form of underlying structure and architecture, this unique "language" form of village makes the thermal environment of the village show the corresponding characteristics. This paper takes typical villages as the research object, through the computer simulation, carries on the quantitative analysis to the village thermal environment condition, probes into the village thermal environment construction means, points out the village planning layout form, The influence of spatial structure and architectural form of underlying surface on the thermal environment of villages is analyzed, and the thermal environment and energy consumption of typical villages are analyzed. The main research work of this paper is as follows: firstly, through the field investigation of the villages in the Pearl River Delta region, we can understand the present situation of the villages and analyze the expression forms of the villages in three aspects: the layout of the villages, the structure of the underlying floor and the form of architecture. On the basis of analysis, the simulation system of village thermal environment is established. Secondly, the microclimate simulation software is used to simulate and quantify the thermal environment parameters of villages, and the diurnal variation of thermal environment parameters of villages and the differences of thermal environment parameters in specific areas of villages are analyzed. The results show that the layout of the village and the spatial structure of the underlying surface have a direct impact on the diurnal variation of the thermal environment parameters of the village. Thirdly, taking the actual village building in the Pearl River Delta region as the research object, the energy consumption analysis model is established, and the energy consumption calculation is carried out with the village micro-climate data predicted by the microclimate simulation software as the boundary condition. The daily average cooling load and total energy consumption per unit area are selected to analyze the thermal environment and building energy consumption of typical villages. The results show that: in the selected villages, Xindun Village has a high energy consumption under the thermal environment through many factors, such as the layout form of village planning, the form of underlying surface structure and the form of architecture, and so on. The building energy consumption is low in the thermal environment of Sanshui village. Finally, the influence of village building form on building energy consumption is discussed through the simulation method of building energy consumption under the meteorological data of village microclimate. The research shows that increasing the sunshade facilities of the actual residence in Xindun Village is of great practical significance to the realization of the building energy saving of the actual residence in Xindun Village; The bad air temperature in the village can be improved by strengthening the velocity of air flow in the village.
