湖南省土地利用分区研究

【摘要】：随着湖南省近几年的迅速发展,人们对于承载万物之基础的土地的需求量越来越大,同时对于土地利用方向的要求越来越多样化。但是由于土地自身位置固定性、质量差异性等特点,使得不同区域的土地在利用方式上有所不同。要实现土地的合理利用,提高土地利用经济、生态效益,就必须在根据区域的自然、社会、经济等方面特点进行土地利用分区的基础上实行差异化的土地利用。目前对于湖南省省域的土地利用分区专项研究仍较少,因此本文的研究具有较强的理论和实践意义。 本文以湖南省为研究对象,分区方法以定量和定性相结合的方法。首先对研究区域土地利用现状进行分析,初步了解区域土地利用特点。为了提高分区的精确性,更好的提出并落实差别化土地调控政策,本文的基本研究单元定为87个县域(含县级市)和14个地级市市区,共计101个县市。在充分收集湖南省自然、社会、经济等各方面资料后,本文从社会经济发展、自然生态环境、土地利用现状、土地利用效益四个方面选取了19个指标,研究数据均来源于湖南省2012年统计年鉴和2011年土地利用现状变更表,构成了本次土地利用综合分区评价指标体系。运用SPSS19.0软件,采用主成分分析法,提取出4个主成分因子,对101个评价单元的主因子得分加权求和,得到湖南省各县市土地利用综合水平评价值,运用Arcgis软件对101个县市的综合得分进行空间聚类分析。同时运用SPSS软件对101个县市的4个主成分因子得分进行层次聚类分析。结合两种聚类分析结果,并参考湖南省主体功能区规划、湖南省“十二五”规划、湖南省土地利用总体规划(2006-2020),将湖南省101个县市划分为10个土地利用亚区和4个土地利用区,并在此基础上提出了相应的土地利用主导方向。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of Hunan Province in recent years, the demand for land bearing the basis of all things is increasing, and the demand for the direction of land use is becoming more and more diversified. However, because of the fixed position and different quality of land itself, different land use modes are different in different areas. In order to realize the rational use of land and improve the economic and ecological benefits of land use, it is necessary to carry out differentiated land use on the basis of land use zoning according to the characteristics of nature, society and economy of the region. At present, there are few special studies on land use zoning in Hunan Province, so the research in this paper is of great theoretical and practical significance. This article takes Hunan Province as the research object, the division method combines the quantitative and the qualitative method. First of all, the status quo of regional land use is analyzed, and the characteristics of regional land use are preliminarily understood. In order to improve the accuracy of the district and put forward and implement the differentiated land regulation and control policy, the basic research unit of this paper is divided into 87 counties (including county-level cities) and 14 prefecture-level cities, with a total of 101 counties and cities. After fully collecting the natural, social and economic data of Hunan Province, this paper selects 19 indicators from four aspects: socio-economic development, natural ecological environment, current situation of land use, and land use benefit. The data are derived from the 2012 statistical yearbook of Hunan Province and the table of land use status change in 2011, which constitute the evaluation index system of land use comprehensive zoning. By using SPSS19.0 software and principal component analysis method, four principal component factors were extracted and weighted sum of principal factor scores of 101 evaluation units were obtained, and the evaluation value of comprehensive level of land use in Hunan Province was obtained. The spatial clustering analysis of the comprehensive scores of 101 counties and cities was carried out by using Arcgis software. At the same time, the SPSS software was used to analyze the scores of 4 principal component factors in 101 counties and cities. Combined with the results of two kinds of cluster analysis, and referring to the main functional area planning of Hunan Province, the Twelfth five-year Plan of Hunan Province, the master plan of land use in Hunan Province (2006 / 2020), 101 counties and cities in Hunan Province were divided into 10 land use subregions and 4 land use areas. On the basis of this, the corresponding land use leading directions were put forward.
