基于生态足迹的绿色建筑标杆评定方法及应用研究

【摘要】:自2008年我国的“绿色建筑评价标识”工作启动后,绿色建筑在国内得到了大力推行,但仍旧存在标识评审过程繁冗、易受人为主观影响、评定出的星级绿色建筑缺乏示范性与整体生态性考量等诸多问题。进而导致评定结果缺乏科学性,难以为其他项目提供示范和借鉴价值,阻碍了绿色建筑的发展。可见,解决当前绿色建筑评审中的这些问题,对于突破绿色建筑的发展桎梏,推动我国建筑业的可持续发展具有十分重要的意义。 鉴于此,研究将标杆管理这一较为有效、节约的管理方法引入到绿色建筑领域,,提出通过树立具有示范意义的绿色建筑标杆项目,为设计和建设单位提高绿色建筑设计和管理水平提供一种新思路。研究从生态视角出发,采用生态足迹分析法设计绿色建筑生态指标体系,并以此作为评价绿色建筑与评定标杆项目的依据。通过准确定量绿色建筑的生态价值,为评价建筑物与生态环境是否和谐共处提供了科学、直观的判断依据,从而弥补现行评价体系缺乏整体生态考量的缺陷。在探索并规范绿色建筑标杆评定流程的基础上,分别设计了标杆筛选与标杆评选两个阶段。同时运用个性优势识别法辨析各个项目的特征及优势,通过构建标杆筛选模型来客观评价和确定绿色建筑,通过构建标杆评选模型来树立合适的标杆项目。最后结合实例分析,验证模型的科学性与可行性。 研究结果表明,在识别项目特征的基础上树立绿色建筑标杆,理论可行、过程严密、结果可信,有助于不同项目主动地接受标杆和积极地展开学习。研究通过构建标杆筛选与评选模型形成的一套绿色建筑的标杆评定方法,简化了绿色建筑星级标识项目的评审工作,克服了评审结果缺乏示范性与生态性考量、易受主观影响等缺陷,为设计单位和建设单位提供了可信、可行的学习榜样。
[Abstract]:Since the work of "green building evaluation marking" was started in China in 2008, green building has been vigorously promoted in China, but there is still a cumbersome process of marking evaluation, which is vulnerable to subjective influence. The evaluation of star-rated green buildings lacks exemplary and overall ecological considerations and many other issues. It is difficult to provide demonstration and reference value for other projects, which hinders the development of green building. Therefore, it is of great significance to solve these problems in the current evaluation of green buildings, to break through the shackles of the development of green buildings and to promote the sustainable development of our country's construction industry. In view of this, the research introduces the effective and economical management method of benchmarking to the field of green building, and puts forward that the project of green building benchmarking with demonstration significance should be set up. It provides a new idea for the design and construction units to improve the level of green building design and management. From the perspective of ecology, the ecological index system of green building is designed by using ecological footprint analysis method, which is used as the basis for evaluating green building and evaluating benchmarking project. By accurately quantifying the ecological value of green buildings, this paper provides a scientific and intuitive basis for evaluating the harmonious coexistence of buildings and ecological environment, so as to make up for the lack of overall ecological considerations in the current evaluation system. On the basis of exploring and standardizing the assessment process of green building benchmarking, two stages of benchmarking selection and benchmarking selection are designed. At the same time, individual advantage recognition method is used to distinguish the characteristics and advantages of each project. Through the construction of benchmarking selection model to objectively evaluate and determine the green building, through the construction of benchmarking model to establish a suitable benchmarking project. Finally, combined with an example analysis, verify the scientific and feasibility of the model. The results show that establishing green building benchmarking on the basis of identifying project characteristics is feasible in theory, rigorous in process and credible in results, which is helpful for different projects to actively accept the benchmarking and study actively. In this paper, a set of benchmarking evaluation methods for green buildings formed by the model of benchmarking selection and selection is constructed, which simplifies the evaluation of star-mark projects in green buildings, and overcomes the lack of exemplary and ecological considerations in the evaluation results. Vulnerable to subjective influence and other defects, for the design and construction units to provide a credible, feasible example.
