城市肌理如何激发城市活力

【摘要】：正城市肌理是城市设计研究中的一项重要内容,良好的城市肌理不仅可以提升空间品质,而且能够影响环境行为,从而有助于实现城市的重要发展目标:城市活力的激发。伴随着当前的全球化进程,大多数城市在发展过程中都普遍面临着产业转型、空间重构、文化失魅等问题,而城市活力在其中日益成为一个重要因素。2014年第3期《城市规划学刊》刊发同济大学建筑与城市规划学院教授童明文章,探讨在城市肌理与城市活力之间的多重因素。文章认为,作为城市的一种基础性结构,除了外显的物质性
[Abstract]:Positive urban texture is an important part of urban design research. Good urban texture can not only improve the spatial quality, but also affect the environmental behavior, thus contributing to the realization of the important development goal of the city: stimulating the vitality of the city. With the current process of globalization, most cities generally face the problems of industrial transformation, space reconstruction, cultural disenchantment and so on in the process of development. In 2014, the third issue of the Journal of Urban Planning published Tong Ming, a professor of School of Architecture and Urban Planning, Tongji University, to explore the multiple factors between urban texture and urban vitality.
