天然气调峰方式工艺研究与工程化设计

【摘要】:随着我国人民对生活环境要求的不断提高,作为低碳清洁能源的天然气近几年在城市燃气中的应用也越来越普及,随着国家输气主干网的建设其已成为我国城市燃气的主要气源,随之而来,天然气的调峰问题变得十分突出,各地在用气高峰频繁出现气源紧张的局面,昭示着我国各地天然气调峰能力的欠缺。根据国外天然气应用较早的发达国家的经验,天然气的存储能力是解决调峰的关键。因此有必要对天然气储气调峰方式进行详细研究,,为区域燃气调峰的优化方式提供方向。 本文在分析了国内外现有天然气供应调峰方式的基础上,以北京市及深圳市为例进行南北方地区天然气的调峰方式进行了分析,在对各种天然气调峰方式分析比对的基础上重点介绍了管道储气调峰能力计算及LNG接收站气化调峰的主要工艺及设备,指出在南方地区发展以LNG接收站为主的气化调峰设施更为有利;同时强调了对需求侧的气量管理,优先发展可调峰用户,可以减少对调峰设施的需求,从而降低长期合同的照付不议风险。珠三角区域是我国最主要的天然气负荷需求中心,在该区域调峰市场形成后可利用现有调峰设施和资源取得较好的经济利益。 本文以深圳市为例,针对接收站的建设,从调峰需求入手,通过对负荷预测方法的研究,确定深圳市未来的天然气需求量及调峰量,对各种可能的调峰方式进行分析确定在充分利用已有高压管道参与调峰的基础上,深圳应利用处于沿海的优势地理位置,建设自己的小型调峰接收站,并提出以接收站为依托的LNG气化调峰功能辅以进行LNG槽车贸易的工艺流程,并对主要设备进行优化比选,确定了主要的设备的选型,还对整个接收站的建设进行了安全及社会影响进行了说明,对整个系统运行进行经济性分析,指出项目实施具有良好的独立生存能力。研究结果可为依托于城市燃气的小型接收站(气化站)的建设和运行提供了可借鉴的方法。
[Abstract]:With the continuous improvement of the living environment requirements of our people, the application of natural gas as low-carbon and clean energy in urban gas has become more and more popular in recent years. With the construction of the national gas transmission backbone network, it has become the main gas source of urban gas in our country, and the problem of peak shaving of natural gas has become very prominent, and the situation of gas source tension frequently appears in the peak of gas consumption everywhere. It shows the lack of natural gas peak-shaving capacity in various parts of our country. According to the experience of developed countries, the storage capacity of natural gas is the key to solve peak shaving. Therefore, it is necessary to study the peak shaving mode of natural gas storage in detail, so as to provide the direction for the optimization of regional gas peak shaving. On the basis of analyzing the existing modes of natural gas supply peak shaving at home and abroad, this paper takes Beijing and Shenzhen as an example to analyze the peak shaving mode of natural gas in the north and south of China. Based on the analysis and comparison of various natural gas peak shaving modes, the calculation of pipeline gas peak shaving capacity and the main process and equipment of gasification peak shaving at LNG receiving station are emphatically introduced. It is pointed out that it is more advantageous to develop gasification peak shaving facilities with LNG receiving stations as the main sites in southern China. At the same time, emphasis is placed on the demand-side gas management and the priority is given to the development of peak-adjustable users, which can reduce the demand for peak-shaving facilities and thus reduce the risk of long-term contract settlement. Pearl River Delta (PRD) region is the main demand center of natural gas load in China. After the formation of peak shaving market in this region, the existing peak shaving facilities and resources can be used to obtain better economic benefits. Taking Shenzhen as an example, aiming at the construction of receiving station, starting with the demand of peak shaving, through the study of load forecasting method, the future natural gas demand and peak shaving amount of Shenzhen are determined. On the basis of making full use of the existing high pressure pipelines to participate in peak shaving, Shenzhen should take advantage of the advantageous geographical position along the coast to build its own small peak shaving receiving station, according to the analysis of various possible peak shaving methods. At the same time, the LNG gasification peak shaving function based on the receiving station is put forward, and the trade process of the LNG tank truck is carried out. The main equipment is optimized and selected, and the selection of the main equipment is determined. The safety and social influence of the whole receiving station are also explained, the economic analysis of the whole system operation is carried out, and it is pointed out that the implementation of the project has a good independent survivability. The results can be used for reference for the construction and operation of a small receiving station (gasification station) based on urban gas.
