新风直接引入式数据中心空调辅助系统研究

【摘要】:我国能源形势十分严峻,节能减排已成为我国的一个基本国策,是我国长期的重要战略任务。随着信息系统应用的发展与普及,数据中心的数量和规模正在高速发展,所耗电能是一个十分庞大的数目。数据中心内部的设备发热量大,且全年几乎不间断向外部排热,为确保机房设备的稳定可靠运行,,空调系统需要全年不间断运行。空调系统成为数据中心机房的主要耗电设备,其能耗占数据中心总能耗的比例近40%。降低空调系统能耗不仅能给国家的节能减排作出贡献,对节省数据中心运作费用也有着重大意义。因此,采取有效措施降低数据中心空调系统能耗,是一个值得关注和研究的课题。 新风直接引入空调系统主要应用于冬季及过渡季节,利用室外低温的自然空气作为数据中心的冷却能源,当机房室外空气温度低于某个设定值时,通过开启送风装置,将室外冷风经空气过滤装置处理后直接或者与回风混合后送入机房,从而降低机房内空气温度。新风直接引入空调系统的应用不仅可以减少数据中心机房内空调设备的运行时间,节约电能,大大延长空调压缩机的使用寿命,降低企业的运营成本,并可以减少空调设备故障的发生率,节约维护成本。 本文建立了一个典型的数据中心模型建筑,并以北京地区为例,首先对其进行常规空调系统设计并对其系统能耗进行估算,然后采用建筑空调负荷模拟软件DeST对其建筑全年空调冷负荷及新风直接引入式空调系统的能耗进行模拟分析,确定了新风直接引入式空调系统的运行方案。新风直接引入式系统的应用过程中,新风过滤是个十分值得关注的问题。本文着重对空气过滤器的性能进行了分析,并运用流体力学仿真软件FLUENT模拟的方法对高效过滤器的阻力性能进行数值模拟,并初略地计算了各级过滤器的使用寿命。最后通过新风直接引入式空调系统方案与常规空调系统方案的能耗对比分析,论述了应用新风直接引入式空调辅助系统的经济性与可行性,为数据中心应用新风直接引入式空调系统的节能改造提供参考和依据。
[Abstract]:China's energy situation is very serious, energy conservation and emission reduction has become a basic national policy, is our country's long-term important strategic task. With the development and popularization of information system applications, the number and scale of data centers are developing rapidly, and the energy consumption is a very large number. In order to ensure the stable and reliable operation of the equipment in the computer room, the air-conditioning system needs to run uninterrupted throughout the year because of the large amount of heat generated from the equipment inside the data center and almost uninterrupted heat removal from the outside throughout the year. The air-conditioning system has become the main power-consuming equipment in the data center room, and its energy consumption accounts for nearly 40% of the total energy consumption in the data center. Reducing the energy consumption of air conditioning system can not only contribute to the national energy saving and emission reduction, but also have great significance to save the operation cost of data center. Therefore, taking effective measures to reduce the energy consumption of air conditioning system in data center is a subject worthy of attention and research. The introduction of fresh air into air conditioning system is mainly used in winter and transition season. The outdoor low temperature natural air is used as the cooling energy of the data center. When the outdoor air temperature of the computer room is lower than a certain set value, the air supply device is turned on. The outdoor cold air is treated directly or mixed with the return air and sent to the computer room, thus reducing the air temperature in the room. The application of direct introduction of fresh air to air conditioning system can not only reduce the running time of air conditioning equipment in data center room, save electric energy, greatly prolong the service life of air conditioning compressor, but also reduce the operation cost of enterprises. And can reduce the incidence of air conditioning equipment failure, save maintenance costs. In this paper, a typical data center model building is established. Taking Beijing area as an example, the conventional air conditioning system is designed and the energy consumption of the system is estimated. Then the air conditioning load simulation software DeST is used to simulate and analyze the annual cooling load and the energy consumption of the air conditioning system with direct intake of fresh air, and the operation scheme of the air conditioning system with direct intake of fresh air is determined. Fresh air filtration is a very important problem in the application of the direct introduction system of fresh air. In this paper, the performance of air filter is emphatically analyzed, and the resistance performance of high efficiency filter is numerically simulated by using fluid dynamics simulation software FLUENT, and the service life of various filters is calculated. Finally, through the comparison and analysis of the energy consumption between the scheme of fresh air direct air-conditioning system and that of conventional air-conditioning system, this paper discusses the economy and feasibility of applying the auxiliary air-conditioning system of fresh air direct-lead-in air-conditioning system. This paper provides a reference and basis for the energy-saving transformation of the air-conditioning system with fresh air direct pull-in the data center.
