城市综合体静态交通整合设计研究

【摘要】:随着我国经济的发展、汽车工业的壮大,驾车出行已经逐渐成为城市生活不可或缺的一部分,与此同时,全国城市化水平逐年提高,在高效与集约的城市建设原则逐渐形成了多功能与复合化的土地开发模式下,城市综合体开始受到开发商、投资者、以及其他消费者的青睐。城市综合体的出现不仅能带来与单一开发相比遥不可及的经济利益,更能解决由于高速城市化带来的交通拥堵、空间秩序不协调等矛盾,使城市的组成更加有机。 在城市综合体蓬勃发展的同时,其各个功能数量以及复合程度也在不断提高,旧有的静态交通组织方式由于过于分散、独立,对建筑的集约化利用、城市的交通发展产生了极大的制约,城市综合体静态交通的整合迫在眉睫。城市综合体静态交通的整合是通过对静态交通中的各个节点与流线进行复合,达到在满足其功能要求的基础上满足集约性、合理性等要求。 本文通过在对北上广深等大城市中心区城市综合体的实地调研的基础上,通过分析静态交通的组成以及城市综合体静态交通的特点,从综合体外部静态交通和综合体停车库两个方面对综合体的整合的各个要素进行分析,并对综合体外部静态交通流线、停车库空间以及静态交通在区域范围内的整合,总结出一些常见的组合方式并将其归纳提升为一种设计策略与方法。
[Abstract]:With the development of our economy and the growth of automobile industry, driving trip has gradually become an indispensable part of urban life. At the same time, the level of urbanization in the country has been increasing year by year. Under the principle of high efficiency and intensive urban construction has gradually formed the multi-function and compound land development mode, the urban complex has been favored by developers, investors and other consumers. The emergence of urban complex can not only bring economic benefits far away from single development, but also solve the contradiction of traffic congestion and space order caused by high-speed urbanization, which makes the composition of the city more organic. With the vigorous development of the urban complex, the number of its various functions and the degree of compounding are also increasing constantly. The old static traffic organization mode is too scattered and independent, and the intensive utilization of the building is realized. The development of urban traffic has been greatly restricted, and the integration of static traffic in urban complex is urgent. The integration of static traffic in urban complex is to meet the requirements of intensity and rationality on the basis of meeting the functional requirements by combining the nodes and streamlines in static traffic. Based on the on-the-spot investigation of the urban complex in the central area of big cities such as North Shanghai, Guangzhou and Shenzhen, this paper analyzes the composition of the static traffic and the characteristics of the static traffic of the urban complex. The integration elements of the complex are analyzed from the aspects of external static traffic and parking garage, and the integration of the external static traffic line, parking space and static traffic in the regional scope is also made, and the integration of the static traffic flow, the parking space and the static traffic in the area is also discussed. Some common combination methods are summarized and promoted to a design strategy and method.
