地下车库楼盖结构技术经济研究

【摘要】:随城市化进程的加快,开发与利用地下空间,特别是大空间、大跨度的地下空间越来越倍受关注。地下车库作为解决途径之一,可以缓解城市资源短缺、土地稀少的现状。众所周知,楼盖体系的自重和造价在工程中占有很大比重,且地下车库楼盖结构形式复杂多样。基于上述情况,本文调查与研究地下车库楼盖工程的常用结构形式,并对常用结构形式地下车库楼盖进行技术经济研究,确定不同工况条件下的最优设计方案,为设计阶段的方案选择提供可靠依据。 首先,本文通过调研确定双向板、井字梁、BDF方箱、蜂巢芯、周转模壳等五种常用地下车库楼盖结构形式,并分析其设计特点和构造要求。其次,进行五种结构形式地下车库楼盖的结构设计。设计工况条件分别考虑常规荷载和满布消防车荷载。不同工况条件下选取结构变形为控制指标。选定三种柱网尺寸,分别进行地下车库楼盖STRAT有限元结构设计。根据STRAT有限元设计结果对五种结构形式地下车库楼盖进行工程计量与计价,确定各地下车库楼盖结构体系的材料用量、工程造价等经济指标。最后,综合不同结构形式地下车库楼盖材料用量、工程造价、使用功能、施工运营管理等综合技术经济指标,,确定地下车库楼盖方案比选方法。基于层次分析法,建立地下车库楼盖评价指标体系和结构方案比选模型,进行地下车库楼盖结构形式方案比选,确定不同工况条件下地下车库楼盖的最优结构方案。
[Abstract]:With the acceleration of urbanization, the development and utilization of underground space, especially large space, long-span underground space has attracted more and more attention. As one of the solutions, underground garage can alleviate the shortage of urban resources and scarce land. As we all know, the weight and cost of the floor system account for a large proportion of the project, and the underground garage floor structure is complex and diverse. Based on the above situation, this paper investigates and studies the common structural forms of underground garage floor engineering, and carries on the technical and economic research to the common structural form underground garage floor, and determines the optimal design scheme under different working conditions. It provides a reliable basis for the selection of schemes in the design stage. Firstly, five commonly used underground garage floor structures, such as bidirectional plate, well beam, BDF square box, honeycomb core and revolving mold shell, are determined through investigation, and their design characteristics and structural requirements are analyzed. Secondly, the structural design of five kinds of structural forms of underground garage floor is carried out. The design working conditions consider the conventional load and the full fire truck load respectively. Under different working conditions, the structural deformation is selected as the control index. Three kinds of column network sizes are selected to design the STRAT finite element structure of underground garage floor. According to the results of STRAT finite element design, the engineering measurement and valuation of five kinds of underground garage floor are carried out, and the economic indexes such as material dosage and engineering cost of each underground garage floor structure system are determined. Finally, the comparison and selection method of underground garage floor scheme is determined by synthesizing the comprehensive technical and economic indexes such as material dosage, engineering cost, use function, construction operation and management of different structural forms of underground garage floor. Based on the analytic hierarchy process (AHP), the evaluation index system and structural scheme comparison model of underground garage floor are established, the structural form scheme of underground garage floor is compared and selected, and the optimal structural scheme of underground garage floor under different working conditions is determined.
