基于Art Deco建筑风格上的居住区景观设计研究
[Abstract]:", Art Deco is a popular word in real estate in recent years. Born in the 1920s and 1930s, ArtDeco style (that is, decorative art style) is once again favored by people because of its magnificent and dignified and noble atmosphere. It is not only simple but not simple of modernism, but also fine and not trivial of neoclassicism. It is satisfying the aesthetic demands of modern people in a gentle and compromise manner. As a symbolic design language, Art Deco should not only express its artistic aesthetic orientation, but also carry specific social feelings and cultural implications. The research results of this paper are as follows: (1) the paper begins to introduce the origin and social background of Art Deco, and reveals the modern side of people's pursuit of luxury life and noble quality in the 1920s and 1930s. At the same time, the rapid spread of Art Deco architecture in the world also reflects the super adaptability, diversity and regionality of decorative art from the side. The influence of Art Deco has not receded so far. Today, with the strong rise of China's real estate industry, Art Deco seems to have found attachment in the real estate industry that can prove its personality charm again. (2) with the continuous emergence of Art Deco architectural style real estate, Art Deco style landscape is also born. Through the extraction and analysis of the characteristics of this type of architecture, the characteristics of Art Deco landscape are obtained, including flexible geometric modeling, bright and gorgeous colors, new ecological materials, strange lighting effects, diversified inclusiveness. Commercial fashion art, etc. According to these characteristics, the methods and key points of landscape design in Art Deco residential area are analyzed reasonably, so that the landscape and architectural style of residential area are harmonious and unified. (3) the practice of landscape in Art Deco residential area is much more than the theoretical research. Through the author's participation in the actual project, the study of typical cases and the investigation of some Art Deco residential areas in Fuzhou, This paper analyzes and summarizes the shortcomings and thoughts on the present situation of Art Deco landscape design, and provides a reference for the related work in the future. To a great extent, Art Deco improves the taste and appreciation of the whole city, and breaks through the revival of its own limited; Art Deco architectural style, which represents the life attitude of the new generation of the city eager to express its personality. The resulting ArtDeco landscape is also inevitable. For Art Deco architecture, how to innovate and avoid one side of thousands of cities, how to achieve localization and avoid the lack of characteristics, how to excavate the spiritual connotation of Art Deco to make it full. The same is true for ArtDeco landscape. How to further refine the connotation and elements of ArtDeco landscape, how to keep pace with the times, how to avoid the convergence of landscape and maintain its personality. These are architectural designers and landscape designers to seriously think about the problem.
