590 MPa建筑用低屈强比耐火钢的研制

【摘要】:通过加入微合金元素并与控轧控冷工艺相结合,开发出590 MPa建筑用低屈强比耐火钢。结果表明,该钢种屈服强度大于460 MPa,抗拉强度大于590 MPa,屈强比小于0.8,600℃的屈服强度大于室温的2/3,能满足590 MPa级建筑用低屈强比耐火钢的力学性能要求。
