[Abstract]:Under the strategic background of developing low-carbon economy and building "resource-saving, environment-friendly" society to deal with global climate problems, the low-carbon development of historical and cultural blocks is particularly important. In this paper, the concept of low carbon is applied to the conservation and utilization planning of historical and cultural blocks. Based on the "carbon footprint", which is a scientific tool for measuring carbon emissions, the best scheme is selected on the basis of quantitative evaluation, and the low carbon development strategy of the block is put forward. To achieve the goal of low-carbon sustainable development in the block. The main conclusions are as follows: (1) in this paper, the energy consumption of buildings, traffic travel mode, daily life of residents and tourism development are the main carbon emission factors of historical and cultural blocks by carbon footprint measurement. The results show that: (1) the protection and treatment methods and construction technology are closely related to the carbon emissions of buildings (structures) in historical and cultural blocks, (2) the effect of planting on carbon dioxide is the most obvious. (3) the energy consumption of residents is the main source of carbon footprint of daily life, and the carbon footprint of tourism development in 4 blocks is reflected in tourism food, housing, travel, entertainment, shopping, travel and waste. (2) combined with the protection and utilization planning case of Taiping Street Historical and Cultural District, the quantitative evaluation of carbon footprint is applied to the evaluation of different renovation schemes, which provides the basis for decision makers to choose the minimum carbon emission scheme. (3) on the basis of quantitative evaluation of "carbon footprint", this paper innovatively puts forward the strategy of protection and utilization of historical and cultural blocks under the concept of low carbon, and implements the concept of low carbon in all stages of block protection and utilization by using low carbon technology. To achieve the goal of building low-carbon historical and cultural blocks, to provide reference and reference for the protection and utilization of historical and cultural blocks.
