城市商业综合体开放公共空间研究

【摘要】：城市综合体从产生到今天经历了不同的发展阶段,21世纪,伴随着城市土地紧缩而形成的高密度探索更是迎来高速发展,而其中又以城市商业综合体的比例最大。城市商业综合体确实为城市的发展做出了贡献：为地区提供了密集而丰富的生活,这种生活意味着高效率,节约了时间和精力；为城区创造了活力并产生令人振奋的景象和魅力,巨大的体量塑造也有助于完善和提升城市的整体形象,促进城市生活和文化活动以及相关城市功能和设施的发展。 但另一方面我们却不能忽略：城市中的大部分商业综合体却是毫无新意的模式组合,简单粗暴的功能叠加,其巨大的体量破坏着城市的肌理环境。城市综合体占据城市巨大空间的同时却不能为城市提供有效的开放公共空间,不能与城市和谐共生,甚至是格格不入。 高密度背景下产生的城市商业综合体解决土地紧缩问题的同时如何与城市共生?怎样的开放公共空间设计能让城市与城市商业综合体互利共赢?本论文以此作为研究出发点,通过调研国内外十个左右具有代表性的城市商业综合体,从建筑的形式与空间尺度、开放公共空间的形式与界面、氛围与作用三个方面作了详细的分析研究,并结合相关理论总结城市商业综合体中开放公共空间的构成模式及空间作用,然后进一步分析其设计原则,最后总结出城市商业综合体开放公共空间的发展趋势。
[Abstract]:Urban complex has experienced different stages of development from its emergence to today. In the 21st century, the high-density exploration formed by the contraction of urban land has ushered in rapid development, among which the proportion of urban commercial complex is the largest. The urban commercial complex has indeed contributed to the development of the city: it provides a dense and rich life for the region, which means high efficiency and saves time and energy; It has created vitality and exciting scene and charm for the urban area, and the huge volume shaping is also helpful to improve and enhance the overall image of the city, and promote the development of urban life and cultural activities, as well as the functions and facilities of the related cities. But on the other hand, we can not ignore: most of the commercial complexes in the city are uninnovative model combination, simple and rough function superposition, its huge volume destroys the texture environment of the city. While the urban complex occupies the huge space of the city, it can not provide an effective open public space for the city, can not live in harmony with the city, or even incompatible with the city. Under the background of high density, how can the urban commercial complex solve the problem of land tightening and coexist with the city at the same time? What kind of open public space design can make the city and the city commercial complex mutually beneficial and win-win? This paper takes this as the starting point of the research, through the investigation of about ten representative urban commercial complexes at home and abroad, from the form and spatial scale of architecture, the form and interface of open public space. The atmosphere and function are analyzed and studied in detail, and the composition mode and spatial function of open public space in urban commercial complex are summarized according to the relevant theories, and then the design principles are further analyzed. Finally, the development trend of open public space in urban commercial complex is summarized.
