PKPM软件在砌体结构中鉴定加固处理应用的研究

【摘要】:在二十一世纪,已有建筑结构的维修、加固行业成为最受欢迎的行业之一。在现代技术发展和维修改造需求的驱动下,已有建筑结构的可靠性鉴定和加固改造技术已经成为一门新的学科,并已经逐渐形成发展起来。砌体结构作为一种古老的建筑形式,在房屋建筑结构中得到广泛的应用。但是由于砌体结构材料的脆性特点,使其抗剪、抗拉和抗弯强度都很低,而且砖砌体结构出现较早,许多建筑物在设计初期仅考虑重力荷载,没有考虑地震作用,在我国这个多震的国家,砌体结构的抗震抗压加固显得特别重要。本文结合工程实例,对已有砌体结构承重墙体的可靠性鉴定和加固技术进行了较为深入的分析和系统的理论探究。主要的研究内容有: 1.概括性的论述了国内外鉴定加固行业的发展;明确了在役建筑结构可靠性评估和加固的目的;介绍了建筑业发展的三个阶段,明确了我国当下建筑业发展的方向及开展结构可靠性评估和加固技术研究的必要性和意义。 2.简明介绍了结构可靠性鉴定理论的基本知识,详细论述了已有建筑物结构可靠性鉴定的目的、方法和步骤,结构和构件的评级原则和可靠性鉴定的层次等。 3.简明的介绍了建筑结构加固的基本原则,加固后构件的受力特征及加固的基本方法。 4.论述了砌体结构的鉴定原则及其加固的原因。详细介绍了砌体结构常用的加固方法,对钢筋混凝土板墙加固、水泥灌浆法、扶壁柱加固、钢筋网水泥砂浆加固、结构构造性加固及各加固方法的特点等进行简单的探讨。 5.采用PKPM软件,结合工程实例对砌体结构进行鉴定和加固设计,详细的分析了鉴定的过程,并对房屋进行抗震性能分析,根据计算结果分析结构的受力特点,选择合理的加固方案,最终给出抗震加固的设计和施工参考。 在我国砌体结构应用面很广,因此展开本课题研究的市场和前景十分广泛,具有切实可行的产业化转化途径。已有建筑结构的可靠性鉴定和加固技术这一研究领域综合性较强,更因涉及多个学科,因此研究难度较大。本文对这一课题的研究仅仅是初步探讨,随着对其相关理论研究的深入和市场需求的扩大、工程应用的推广,这一课题必将得到长足的发展。
[Abstract]:In the 21 century, there are building structure maintenance, reinforcement industry has become one of the most popular industries. Driven by the development of modern technology and the demand of maintenance and transformation, the reliability identification and reinforcement and transformation technology of building structures has become a new subject, and has gradually formed and developed. Masonry structure, as an ancient architectural form, has been widely used in building structures. However, due to the brittleness of masonry structure material, its shear, tensile and bending strength is very low, and brick masonry structure appears earlier. Many buildings only consider gravity load at the beginning of design, but do not consider seismic action. In China, the seismic and compressive reinforcement of masonry structures is particularly important. In this paper, the reliability evaluation and reinforcement technology of load-bearing wall of masonry structure are deeply analyzed and systematically discussed with an engineering example.
