基于系统工程的湄公河东部开发和规划的研究

柬埔寨首都金边目前正面临城市化问题,包括城市密度迅速扩大、就业需求增加、交通拥堵、住房短缺、城市基础设施短缺、破旧的城市空间布局。这些问题需妥善和有效地解决。在当前城市河(湄公河)对岸创建一个新的开发区-城市,可以作为解决方案之一。然而,建设新的城市被认为是一个庞大的复杂系统工程,涉及许多复杂的过程,并需要经过规划和设计的深入研究。系统工程理论被应用到本研究-新城开发,因为广泛认为它是规划、设计技术、方法、思想和大型复杂系统的首选业务策略。尽管系统工程考虑到了利益相关者的业务和技术需求,但它们的目标是提供一个高质量的产品-新工业城市,满足利益相关者的所有需求。系统工程范式(EIA-632)程序在城市的规划、设计过程中被描述。此外,系统工程的生命周期模型(V)被用于系统分解以及系统验证和测试。基本上,系统工程推动了过程工具,将利益相关者所期望的实力转化为一个相互关联的设计规范化的结构化系统。此工作是反复并在一个严格的框架内执行,在约束条件下维护所需的操作实力。新城开发系统初始部分研究到子系统(分区)的概念规划、设计以及区域功能研究。城市设计过程的结果有助于定义良好的需求,然后一个概念性的...
