加德满都核心区城市更新研究

在2015年4月的大地震中,被列为联合国教科文组织世界遗产地的加德满都杜巴广场部分被毁,直到目前重建和恢复计划发展缓慢,由于许多自然或人为的原因,遗产地周围的环境也十分糟糕。充满文化、传统和宗教活力的加德满都历史城市核心有着独特的艺术和建筑,一些有生活和精神作用的特殊性质空间结合进了传统紧凑型的平面中。但是今天,由于空间质量的不断恶化,这种精神正在被削弱,在许多地方形成缺失文化遗产特征和可持续实践的关联性威胁。目前,城市所做的工作重点是修复文物遗址,但是传统的城市空间更需要的是对其使用的价值和时代进行恰如其分的掌控,为此,需要有相应的管理和明确的法律框架来规范新出现的挑战。本文的目的是希望通过文献阅读、与当地人和政府的互动及案例研究,为加德满都杜巴广场周围的城市空间更新提供一个可持续的解决方案。直到前现代期前,加德满都城市一直保留着它的中世纪特征,但无序的都市化开始带来了巨大的变化。文章以文化遗产地城市核心为例,依据传统城市肌理的可辨识度、关联性和视觉分析等方法对城市核心区进行了分析和评估。
