自然水体生物膜上主要组分生长规律及吸附特性

【摘要】:自然水体生物膜是影响重金属在水环境中行为的重要因素。不同环境生长的生物膜其性质、状态差异很大,生物膜吸附重金属的量不仅与生物膜的数量,而且与生物膜的性质有关。本论文首次系统研究确定了不同时间、不同深度、不同季节和不同水体培养的生物膜上铁、锰氧化物、有机质的生长规律及吸附特性,比较了有机质的不同表征方法及相关关系,获得了膜上微生物物种、生物量及其变化信息,讨论了水中悬浮颗粒物对生物膜上铁、锰氧化物含量、形成和铅、镉吸附特性的影响,及pH 值、水温、溶解氧、光照等环境条件对生物膜上主要组分生长和吸附特性的意义和影响,对于深入了解自然水体生物膜的形成机制及水环境中重金属的形态、分布及迁移转化规律具有重要意义。
[Abstract]:Natural water biofilm is an important factor affecting the behavior of heavy metals in water environment. The properties and states of biofilms grown in different environments vary greatly. The amount of heavy metals adsorbed by biofilms is not only related to the amount of biofilms but also to the properties of biofilms. For the first time, the growth and adsorption characteristics of iron, manganese oxide and organic matter on biofilms cultured in different time, different depth, different seasons and different water bodies were studied systematically in this paper. Different characterization methods of organic matter and their correlation were compared. The microbial species, biomass and their variation information were obtained. The effects of suspended particulate matter on iron and manganese oxide content, formation and lead in biofilm were discussed. The effects of pH value, water temperature, dissolved oxygen and light on the growth and adsorption characteristics of major components on the biofilm. It is of great significance to understand the formation mechanism of biofilm and the speciation, distribution, migration and transformation of heavy metals in water environment.
