虚拟现实技术在初中英语词汇教学中的应用研究

  语言是对外交流的重要渠道,而词汇则是语言知识的重要组成部分。《义务教育英语课程标准》和《普通高中英语课程标准》中都提到,教师应不断丰富英语课程的学习资源,重视现代信息技术的运用。虚拟现实技术作为21世纪蓬勃发展的新兴技术,已经在各行各业得到了广泛的运用。然而,相对于理工领域来说,该项技术在外语教学方面的研究还比较有限。因此,基于虚拟现实技术的外语教学相关研究日益重要。本文通过界定相关概念和理论,回顾虚拟现实技术在国内外语言教学的应用情况,提出基于虚拟现实技术的初中英语词汇教学可行性分析。本研究主要包括以下三个问题:(1)教师对基于虚拟现实技术的初中英语词汇教学持有怎样的看法?(2)学生对基于虚拟现实技术的初中英语词汇教学持有怎样的看法?(3)虚拟现实技术对初中英语词汇教学在词汇记忆和词汇使用方面有哪些影响?通过定量和定性的研究手段分别对5名初中英语教师和6名学生进行访谈,16名学生进行对比实验(期间包括1次前测、1次及时后测和2次延测),43名学生进行问卷调查,以及运用SPSS进行数据分析,研究者得出如下结论:(1)教师充分认识到通过创设相关情境,虚拟现实技术可以让学生得到沉浸式的学习...
