【摘要】:以制备的Brφnsted-Lewis酸性离子液体[HO_3S-(CH_2)_3-mim]C1-xFeCl_3为催化剂,大豆油为原料,通过酯交换反应制备生物柴油。考察醇油物质的量比、催化剂的用量、反应温度和反应时间等因素对酯交换反应的影响。在此基础上运用响应面分析法得出合成生物柴油的最佳工艺条件为n(醇):n(油)=16:1,催化剂用量为原料大豆油质量的8%,反应温度为120℃,此条件下反应24 h生物柴油的产率可达94.1%,与回归模型预测的实验结果相当。Brφnsted-Lewis酸性离子液体催化剂与产品易于分离,在重复使用6次以后,仍保持良好的催化活性。
