综合录井工程异常预报系统研究与开发

【摘要】:石油钻探是一项高风险性、耗资巨大的系统工程。在钻井施工过程中,特别是在新区和复杂层段,钻井安全与工程事故发生的可能性时刻都伴随着作业进程,工程事故是威胁钻井安全的最大隐患,工程事故发生的可能性随时都存在,易于造成资金和时间的巨大浪费。能否在工程事故发生的早期,给出某种程度、某种意义上的报警或警示,对于预防和控制事故的发展,最大限度地减少损失,具有重大意义,但现在钻井异常事故预报技术由于各种原因还存在着预报结论不准确等问题。本文正是针对现有钻井工程预报存在的问题,利用综合录井技术参数为研究对象,开发“综合录井工程异常预报系统”,实现钻井工程异常事故快速、及时准确预报,主要内容有:1.常见钻井工程事故发生原因及表征研究。分析常见钻井工程异常事故类型,分析产生的原因,研究不同类型异常事故发生时各种技术参数变化特征。2.综合录井参数与钻井异常事故关系分析。介绍了综合录井技术发展过程,综合录井技术在油气勘探开发中的作用,综合录井技术参数类型及检测对象;针对综合录井参数与钻井异常事故关系进行分析,描述了不同类型钻井异常事故在综合录井技术参数中的响应特征;优选出反映钻井异常事故信息的综合录井参数。3.钻井异常事故预报技术。根据综合录井异常参数特征信息,设计出不同的钻井异常事故预报方案,形成综合录井工程异常预报技术。4.设计开发综合录井工程异常预报系统。在研究成果基础上,提出了“风险指数”概念,建立了“风险指数”计算模型,编写开发出异常预报系统,给出了现场应用实例,证实了综合录井工程异常预报系统的有效性。
[Abstract]:Oil drilling is a high risk, a costly system engineering. In the drilling process, especially in the new period of time and complex layer, possibility of drilling safety and engineering accidents are accompanied by the operation process, engineering accident is the biggest threat to safety drilling engineering accidents, the possibility always exists. Easy to cause a huge waste of money and time. Whether in the early engineering accident, given a certain degree, a sense of alarm or warning, for the development of prevention and control of accidents, to minimize the loss, is of great significance, but now the drilling accident prediction technology for various reasons there are still problems forecast conclusion is not accurate. This paper is aimed at the existing problems of drilling engineering prediction, using the parameters of comprehensive logging technology as the research object, the development of "comprehensive drilling engineering abnormal pre recorded Report system, implementation of drilling engineering accident quickly, timely and accurate forecast, the main contents are: the study of the cause and characterization of 1. common drilling accidents. The development process of comprehensive logging technology, comprehensive logging technology in oil and gas exploration and development, comprehensive logging parameters and types of object detection; according to the analysis of comprehensive logging parameters and drilling accidents, describes the response characteristics of different types of drilling accident in comprehensive logging technology parameters; optimum prediction technology comprehensive logging parameters of.3. drilling accident reflect abnormal accident information. According to the drilling characteristics of comprehensive logging parameters of abnormal signal Information, design drilling accident forecast scheme the abnormal formation of prediction system of comprehensive logging engineering abnormal prediction technology of.4. design and development of comprehensive logging engineering. On the basis of the research results, put forward the "risk index" concept, established a model to calculate risk index ", compiled developed abnormal forecasting system, application examples that confirms the validity of the abnormal forecasting system of comprehensive logging engineering.
