再生柴油机润滑油使用周期理化指标的衰变特性

【摘要】:为验证再生润滑油的使用性能,以通过膜蒸馏技术制备的再生15W-40润滑油为研究对象,开展了再生润滑油使用周期内理化指标的衰变特性研究,分析了再生润滑油使用过程中的黏度、酸值、碱值、水分含量、不溶物含量、元素含量等指标的衰变过程.结果表明,在规定的使用周期内,除酸值增加值之外,再生润滑油的黏度变化率、碱值降低率、水分含量、不溶物含量、Fe、Al、Cu等磨损元素和Si等污染物元素含量满足GB/T 7607—2010中规定的换油限值要求,再生润滑油的抗氧化能力相对较差,污染度相对较高.建议再生润滑油的生产过程中应特别注意提高其抗氧化能力,并降低污染度.
[Abstract]:In order to verify the performance of regenerated lubricating oil, the decay characteristics of physicochemical indexes in the life cycle of regenerated lubricating oil were studied with the regenerated 15W-40 lubricating oil prepared by membrane distillation technology as the research object. The decay process of viscosity, acid value, base value, moisture content, insoluble content and element content of regenerated lubricating oil was analyzed. The viscosity change rate, base value reduction rate, water content, insoluble content and other wear elements of regenerated lubricating oil, such as Fe, Al, Cu, and the content of pollutants such as Si, meet the oil exchange limit stipulated in GB/T 7607-2010, and the oxidation resistance of regenerated lubricating oil is relatively poor. The pollution degree is relatively high. It is suggested that special attention should be paid to improving the antioxidant capacity of regenerated lubricating oil in the production process and reducing the pollution degree.
