管道回拖钻杆回弹原因及解决措施

【摘要】：管道回拖过程中,水平定向钻机卸钻杆后,其钻杆回弹的距离超越水平定向钻机钻机装卸钳的范围,必须增加过渡钻铤以实现二次回拖,增加了施工风险,降低了施工效率。分析得出钻杆回弹的原因为:钻杆在较大回拖力下的弹性变形以及多次扩孔后孔洞直径远大于理论扩孔直径。结合试验和现场施工经验,提出防止钻杆回弹的常规方法和措施:选用合理的吊篮高度,合理配重,开挖发送沟,提高泥浆润滑,提高扩孔质量等。此外,采用推管机助力回拖,能够降低水平定向钻机对钻杆的拉力;安装防止钻杆回弹的钻杆止回专用装置,避免二次回拖,有利于提高施工效率。
[Abstract]:In the process of pipeline backhauling, after the horizontal directional drilling rig unloads the drill pipe, the springback distance of the drill pipe exceeds the range of the loading and unloading forceps of the horizontal directional drill rig, so it is necessary to increase the transition drill collar to realize the secondary return hauling, which increases the construction risk. The analysis shows that the elastic deformation of drill pipe under large backdraft force and the diameter of hole after multiple reaming are much larger than that of theoretical reaming. The conventional methods and measures to prevent drill pipe springback are put forward, such as selecting reasonable height of hanging basket, reasonable weight distribution, excavating sending ditch, improving mud lubrication, improving hole reaming quality and so on. It can reduce the pulling force of the horizontal directional drilling rig, install the special device to prevent the drill pipe from bouncing back, avoid the secondary backhaul, and improve the construction efficiency.
