地下洞库超深竖井管道系统的安装施工方法

【摘要】:某国家石油储备库工程设有8口深度超过100 m的进、出油竖井,采用在地面分段预制管道、先安装管道再安装钢支撑、锚固环的施工方式,成功完成了超深竖井内管道系统的安装施工。介绍了该施工方法的特点,探讨了地面分段预制管道、射线机可视化精确定位、桁架与吊篮系统的制作、枷锁式工装的制作等关键施工方法。主要工序包括:施工准备、井口系统及附件的安装、管道分段预制、竖井内管道安装、桁架与吊篮系统制作安装、竖井内钢支撑安装、竖井内防腐施工、管底泵套安装、管道试压。该方法避免了井内钢支撑结构对管道吊装入井的影响,减少了井内高空作业的工作量,降低了高空作业的安全隐患和施工成本,提高了整体安装功效。
[Abstract]:In a national petroleum reserve engineering, there are 8 oil shaft with depth over 100m. The pipeline is prefabricated on the ground, the steel support is installed first, and the Anchorage ring is installed. The installation and construction of super deep shaft pipeline system are successfully completed. The characteristics of the construction method are introduced, and the fabrication of the ground segment prefabricated pipeline, the visual accurate location of the radiographic machine, the truss and the hanging basket system are discussed. Key construction methods such as the manufacture of shackles. The main procedures include: construction preparation, installation of wellhead system and accessories, pipe segment prefabrication, pipe installation in shaft, manufacture and installation of truss and hanging basket system, installation of steel support in shaft, The method avoids the influence of the steel supporting structure in the well on the pipe hoisting and entering well, reduces the workload of the high altitude operation in the well, and reduces the safety hidden trouble and the construction cost of the high altitude operation, so as to avoid the influence of the steel supporting structure in the well on the installation of the pipe into the well, to install the pipe bottom pump sleeve and to test the pressure of the pipeline. Improved overall installation effect.
