胡153区块侏罗系油藏油井堵水技术研究

【摘要】:胡153区块侏罗系油藏自注水开发以来,注入水沿着高渗带、大孔道和裂缝产生指进或锥进,导致主向井水淹严重、侧向井水驱不均,油井过早见水。随着油田开发时间的延长,这种矛盾越来越突出,成为影响该油田稳产的主要因素之一。虽然该区曾通过压裂的方式来增产,但是控水稳油效果不理想,因此考虑对该区油井采取更为有效的堵水措施。本文以胡153区块侏罗系油藏地质特征和油藏数据为基础,通过对国内外堵水技术的调研及该区油井见水规律的分析,开展了室内堵剂配方优选实验。优选出弱凝胶堵水剂(体系配方为2000mg/L主剂+0.2%交联剂+0.25%稳定剂)、强凝胶堵水剂(体系配方为15%AM+0.1%交联剂+8%增强剂+0.14%引发剂)以及预交联体膨颗粒三种堵剂体系。通过静态实验和岩心实验对堵剂体系的成胶性能、抗盐性、抗剪切性、长期稳定性、封堵能力等进行了评价。实验结果表明,弱凝胶和强凝胶堵剂的封堵性能好、耐盐性高、抗剪切能力强,对不同渗透率岩心都能进行封堵。预交联颗粒粒径可控,能够选择性地封堵水层,而不封堵油层。同时还对现场施工工艺参数进行了设计。设计的施工参数为:注入压力控制范围为10~20MPa,施工排量控制范围为3~5m3/h;段塞组合方式为:前置段塞+主段塞+保护段塞+注入水的组合方式。该优化工艺对于改善胡153区块侏罗系油藏的水驱开发效果、增加原油产量和提高采收率都具有重要意义。为进一步开展胡尖山油田侏罗系油藏的调剖堵水作业提供了宝贵经验。
[Abstract]:Since the development of the Jurassic reservoir in the Hu 153 block, the injection water has been brought into or coning with the high permeability zone, large pore channel and crack, which leads to serious flooding in the main well, the lateral well water flooding is unevenly, and the oil well sees water too early. With the extension of the oilfield development time, this contradiction becomes more and more obvious, which has become one of the main factors affecting the stable production of the oil field. However, the area has been increased by fracturing, but the effect of water control for water stabilization is not ideal. Therefore, more effective water plugging measures are taken to the oil wells in this area. Based on the geological characteristics and reservoir data of the Jurassic reservoir in the Hu 153 block, the study of water plugging technology at home and abroad and the analysis of the law of water production in the oil well in this area have been carried out in this paper. Optimization of the formula of internal plugging agent. The weak gel water plugging agent (system formula is 2000mg/L main agent +0.2% crosslinker +0.25% stabilizer), strong gel water plugging agent (system formula is 15%AM+0.1% crosslinker +8% reinforcing agent +0.14% initiator) and three kinds of plugging agent system of preformed joint expanded granule. The formation of plugging agent system by static experiment and core experiment The adhesive properties, salt resistance, shear resistance, long-term stability and plugging ability were evaluated. The results showed that the blocking properties of the weak gels and the strong gel plugging agents were good, the salt resistance was high, the shear ability was strong, and the core of different permeability cores could be blocked. The size of the pre crosslinked particles was controllable, and the water layer could be selectively blocked, not blocking the oil layer. At the same time, the parameters of the field construction process are designed. The construction parameters are as follows: the control range of injection pressure is 10~20MPa, the control range of construction displacement is 3~5m3/h, and the combination mode of slug is the combination of pre slug + main slug + protective slug + injection water. This optimization process is used to improve the water flooding of Jurassic reservoir in Hu 153 block. It is of great significance to increase the oil production and increase the oil recovery. It provides valuable experience for further development of profile control and water plugging in the Jurassic reservoir of the Hu Jianshan oilfield.
