聚有机硅胺强抑制剂LGA-1的室内研究

【摘要】:选用含不饱和键的羟基硅油、多烯多胺单体、氧乙烯基和氧丙烯基单体等原料合成聚有机硅胺抑制剂LGA-1,对比评价了LGA-1、NH-1和FCC200的抑制性及其对现场浆性能的影响。结果表明:3种抑制剂对膨润土的体积防膨率都超过83.0%,FCC200最高(87.2%),其次是LGA-1(85.2%);高温下LGA-1对膨润土的造浆抑制率最高(85.9%),其次是FCC200(73.2%)。LGA-1,FCC200对现场浆均有降黏和降滤失作用,而NH-1增黏增滤失;3种抑制剂均能提高现场钻井液的钻屑一次滚动回收率和滤液体积防膨率,且钻屑完整性好。LGA-1抗温可达160℃,盐对其性能影响较小。作为一种有机硅表面活性剂,LGA-1具有消泡和抑泡的作用,在现场浆中的起泡率仅为3.7%,有效解决了常规聚胺抑制剂起泡严重的问题。
[Abstract]:Polyorganosilylamine inhibitor LGA-1 was synthesized from hydroxyl silicone oil containing unsaturated bond, polyene polyamine monomer, oxygen vinyl group and propylene oxide monomer. The inhibition properties of LGA-1N NH-1 and FCC200 and their effects on the in situ slurry properties were evaluated. The results showed that the volume anti-swelling rate of the three inhibitors to bentonite was more than 83.0%, the highest value of FCC200 was 87.2%, the second was LGA-1 + 85.2%, the highest inhibition rate of LGA-1 on bentonite was 85.9% at high temperature, and the second was that FCC20073.22.LGA-1FCC200 had the effect of reducing viscosity and filtrate loss. However, NH-1 viscosity and filtration loss inhibitor can improve the recovery rate and volume expansion of drilling fluid, and the integrity of drilling chip can reach 160 鈩,
