渤海油田聚合物凝胶渗流特性及驱油效果实验研究

【摘要】:渤海油藏具有储层厚度大、平均渗透率高、非均质性严重、原油粘度高和注入水矿化度高等特点,导致水驱开发效果较差,亟待采取强化液流转向措施来扩大波及体积和改善水驱开发效果。近年来,在SZ36-1和LD10-1油田开展了聚合物驱和聚合物凝胶调驱矿场试验,取得了明显增油降水效果,但现有聚合物干粉熟化技术还不能完全满足渤海油田调驱技术需求,如何缩短聚合物干粉熟化时间是技术人员关心的问题。依据渤海油田开发技术需求,本课题以油藏工程、物理化学和高分子化学为理论指导,以仪器分析、化学分析和物理模拟为技术手段,以粘度性能、流变学性能、渗流特性和驱油效果为评价指标,以渤海主要油田油藏地质特征和流体性质为工程依据,开展了速溶聚合物溶液和聚合物凝胶组成优化和性能评价,并进行了聚合物凝胶调驱技术油藏适应性实验研究。结果表明,采用正交试验方法和粘度为评价指标,优化聚合物凝胶组成为:速溶聚合物(CP=3000mg/L),有机铬交联剂(聚:Cr3+=270:1)。聚合物凝胶性能各因素水平变动对综合指标影响重要程度顺序为:聚合物浓度聚合物类型交联剂类型聚:Cr3+。与相同浓度聚合物溶液相比较,Cr3+聚合物凝胶阻力系数和残余阻力系数较大,并且后续水驱阶段初期注入压力不降反升,表现出独特渗流特性。交联剂Cr3+与聚合物分子可以在多孔介质内发生交联反应,岩心渗透率愈高,孔隙空间尺寸愈大,成胶效果愈好,并且静态条件下成胶效果要好于动态条件下的成胶效果。随岩心平均渗透率和渗透率变异系数增加、调驱时机提前,聚合物凝胶调驱增油效果变好。采用物理模拟方法和采收率指标,优化Cr3+聚合物凝胶组成:速溶聚合物,Cp=1000mg/L~2500mg/L。交联剂为有机铬“交联剂3”,“聚:Cr3+”=120:1~270:1。段塞尺寸范围0.05PV~0.15PV。
[Abstract]:The Bohai reservoir is characterized by large reservoir thickness, high average permeability, serious heterogeneity, high viscosity of crude oil and high salinity of injected water, which results in poor development effect of water flooding. It is urgent to take enhanced liquid flow steering measures to expand sweep volume and improve the development effect of water flooding. In recent years, field tests of polymer flooding and polymer gel flooding have been carried out in SZ36-1 and LD10-1 oilfields, and obvious effect of increasing oil and precipitation has been obtained. However, the existing curing technology of polymer dry powder can not fully meet the technical requirements of oil flooding in Bohai Oilfield. How to shorten the curing time of polymer dry powder is of concern to technicians. According to the development technology requirement of Bohai Oilfield, this subject is guided by reservoir engineering, physical chemistry and macromolecule chemistry, with instrument analysis, chemical analysis and physical simulation as the technical means, viscosity property and rheological property as the technical means. Based on the geological characteristics and fluid properties of the main oil reservoirs in Bohai Sea, the composition optimization and performance evaluation of the instant polymer solution and polymer gel were carried out on the basis of seepage characteristics and oil displacement effect. An experimental study on reservoir adaptability of polymer gel flooding technology was carried out. The results show that by using orthogonal test method and viscosity as evaluation index, the composition of polymer gel is optimized as follows: quick solution polymer (CP3) 3000mg / L ~ (-1), organic chromium crosslinking agent (Poly (Cr _ (3) 270: 1). The order of the influence of various factors on the comprehensive index is as follows: polymer concentration polymer type crosslinking agent type poly (Cr 3). Compared with the same concentration polymer solution, Cr3 polymer gel resistance coefficient and residual resistance coefficient are larger, and the initial injection pressure does not drop but rise in the subsequent water flooding stage, showing unique percolation characteristics. The crosslinking reaction between CR3 and polymer molecules can take place in porous media. The higher the core permeability is, the larger the pore space size is, the better the gelation effect is, and the better the gelling effect is under static condition than in dynamic condition. With the increase of average permeability and coefficient of variation of permeability, and the timing of flooding is advanced, the effect of polymer gel flooding is improved. The composition of Cr3 polymer gel was optimized by physical simulation method and oil recovery index. The composition of Cr3 polymer gel was optimized as follows: Cp1, 1000 mg 路L ~ (-1) / L ~ (2 500) mg 路L ~ (-1). The crosslinking agent is organic chromium "crosslinking agent 3", "Poly: Cr3" 120: 1 270: 1. The size range of slug is 0.05 PVN 0.15 PV.
