新一代铝材轧制油成分对其润滑性能的影响

【摘要】:通过气相色谱-质谱联用技术对新一代铝板带、箔轧制油的成分构成和碳链分布特征进行深入分析,并与目前使用的轧制油进行了对比试验。同时在四球摩擦磨损试验机上针对基础油中芳烃的作用与含量进行了摩擦学性能测试分析。结果表明,新一代铝轧制油其成分特征仍为链烷烃和环烷烃的混合烃,但其碳链分布更加集中;当轧制油芳烃的质量分数提高到1.0%,略高于传统的铝轧制油时,轧制油表现出更好的抗压减摩效果,满足现代化宽幅高速轧制要求。
[Abstract]:The composition and carbon chain distribution of the new generation of aluminum strip and foil rolling oil were analyzed by gas chromatography-mass spectrometry, and the results were compared with the current rolling oil. At the same time, the tribological properties of aromatic hydrocarbons in base oil were tested and analyzed on a four-ball friction and wear tester. The results show that the composition of the new generation aluminum rolling oil is still the mixed hydrocarbon of chain alkane and cycloalkane, but its carbon chain distribution is more concentrated, and when the aromatics content of rolling oil increases to 1.0, it is slightly higher than that of traditional aluminum rolling oil. Rolling oil shows better anti-friction effect and meets the requirements of modern wide-width high-speed rolling.
