输油管道泄漏直接波提取方法

【摘要】:针对输油管道泄漏负压波测量信号存在反射波干扰的问题,构建了基于管道系统瞬变过程模型的泄漏仿真实验系统。分析了泄漏过程中直接波、反射波、前行波及反行波的含义与关系;提出了一种在泄漏负压波测量信号中提取直接波的方法。该方法利用附加测量点的压力或流量测量信号以及压力波的传播衰减规律计算反射波,进而提取原有压力测量点信号的直接波成分。仿真实验表明:在一定时间范围内该方法是有效的。进一步分析表明,该方法具有如下特点:不要求准确确定泄漏负压波突变时刻;在恒压型边界条件下,无需增设附加测量点;通过合理设置附加测量点与端点位置可有效减小压力波多点反射问题对直接波提取效果的影响。上述特点表明该方法具有较好的实用性。
[Abstract]:Aiming at the problem of reflected wave interference in the measurement signal of oil pipeline leakage negative pressure wave, a leak simulation experiment system based on the transient process model of pipeline system is constructed. The meaning and relation of direct wave, reflected wave, forward wave and inverse wave in leakage process are analyzed, and a method of extracting direct wave from the measurement signal of leakage negative pressure wave is proposed. In this method, the measured signals of pressure or flow and the propagation attenuation of pressure waves are used to calculate the reflected waves, and then the direct wave components of the signals of the original pressure measurement points are extracted. The simulation results show that the method is effective in a certain time range. Further analysis shows that the method has the following characteristics: it is not required to accurately determine the abrupt time of the leakage negative pressure wave, and no additional measurement points are required under the constant pressure boundary condition. The effect of multi-point reflection of pressure wave on direct wave extraction can be effectively reduced by setting the additional measurement point and the position of the end point. The above characteristics show that the method has good practicability.
