稠油水平井封堵调剖技术研究

【摘要】:该课题是针对我厂稠油水平井高含水问题而开展的。鉴于水平井的出水方式和机理复杂,完井方式特殊,使水平井的堵水技术较直井面临更多、更复杂的问题和挑战。因此,开展水平井堵水技术研究,对解决水平井生产面临的问题具有重要的现实意义[1-8]。本文通过对现河采油厂稠油生产区块的调研,分析了现河采油厂稠油生产存在的问题,对目前的各项堵调技术提出了改进建议;对稠油水平井现场存在的难题找到了治理措施。针对稠油水平井堵水调剖剂研究,开展了两项研究,一是作为深部堵水剂凝胶的配方研发,二是中部和封口堵水剂配方的优化。通过调研分析,决定分三个段塞,深部堵剂采用凝胶堵剂;中部堵剂采用超细水泥复合的凝胶颗粒堵剂;封口剂采用G级水泥复合的凝胶颗粒堵剂。针对封堵汽窜大孔道专门研发了水玻璃凝胶复合封窜剂,通过实验得到了强度高、耐温性好,耐老化时间长的复合堵剂配方。
