石油价格对苏丹南部经济增长的影响

本研究采用对数转换模型和向量误差修正模型,研究了过去几十年对严重依赖石油资源的新兴国家--南苏丹,国内生产总值（GDP）与石油价格和通货膨胀的影响,因为石油价格变化可以用百分比的形式表示,这与国内生产总值（GDP）和通货膨胀（INF）之间的关系可以形成协整变量的检验。本研究根据南苏丹和国际组织（如世界银行和国际货币基金组织）提供的数据的2005-2019年的时间序列数据。本文通过单位根检验的扩展（ADF）的实证结果表明,在其他变量都固定不变的情况下,除了通货膨胀（INF）和GDP外,利率和汇率的上升对任何一个GDP国家的经济增长绩效都有负面影响,表明通货膨胀是南苏丹一个严重的宏观经济现象,因此建议南苏丹应采取强有力的财政政策,以调节通货膨胀和高利率来改善本国经济,以更好满足市场需求和有限的过剩货币供应。研究报告建议,农业和基础设施发展是可持续发展的其他因素,以消除从农村到城市和城市以外地区的饥饿和粮食安全。尽管南苏丹拥有石油和其他资源,但由于缺乏透明度,政府官员或矿业公司以及环境方面的腐败,无论其在该地区的经济潜力如何,南苏丹仍然是一个贫穷国家,如石油开采公司造成的污染和荷兰疾病,尤其...
