【摘要】:工程进度控制是工程项目管理的一项重要内容,工程进度目标是否按期实现直接关系到该项目的经济效益和社会效益。 本文以某矿石码头项目建设为例,从工程进度控制管理入手,在进度控制组织措施和进度控制技术措施上对该大型复杂项目建设过程中出现的进度控制问题进行了分析,并运用进度控制的理论和方法,从组织结构的建立、施工质量与安全控制、施工计划、施工协调、新技术与新措施的应用几个方面对该项目存在的进度控制问题进行了研究,提出了进度控制的解决方案,并通过在该矿石码头项目的实际应用得到了检验,使该工程进度管理始终受控,按期完成进度计划目标,提升了企业信誉度和知名度,创造了良好的经济效益。 本文第一部分绪论中,介绍了该论文选题的背景及意义,,介绍了项目进度管理发展的国内外概况,阐述了工程进度管理的有关理论。 文章在第二章中介绍了某矿石码头项目的工程概况,并从组织措施方面和技术措施方面分析了工程施工过程中进度控制方面存在的急需解决的具体问题。 文章第三章和第四章针对该项目实施过程中的进度管理方面存在的问题进行了较为详细地分析和研究,提出了建立适合该项目管理的机构组织形式可以加快工作和决策的效率,利于工程进度控制目标的实现,并从质量与安全管理、施工进度计划、施工协调和新措施新技术采用四方面,探讨总结了该项目进度控制的措施和方法,阐述了在工程进度控制过程中,应该做哪些工作才能确保工程进度按照计划目标实现,并制定了里程碑计划和实现进度控制的质量、安全控制措施并在进度管理中加以应用,从而实现了工期目标。 文章的结论部分提出大中型项目的建设,其项目内容庞大、复杂,施工周期长,项目管理者重视组织结构的恰当选择,同时要在施工过程中加强进度控制的技术措施制定,加大协调沟通的力度,对该类项目的进度控制管理有重要的意义和借鉴。
[Abstract]:Project schedule control is an important part of project management. Whether the project schedule is achieved on schedule or not is directly related to the economic and social benefits of the project. Taking the construction of a certain ore wharf project as an example, this paper starts with the project schedule control management. In the progress control organization measures and schedule control technical measures, this paper analyzes the progress control problems in the construction process of the large-scale complex project, and applies the theory and method of schedule control to establish the organizational structure. Construction quality and safety control, construction planning, construction coordination, new technology and new measures of the application of several aspects of the project existing progress control problems are studied, and proposed a progress control solution. And through the actual application of the ore terminal project has been tested, so that the project progress management is always under control, on schedule to complete the progress plan goal, enhance the reputation and reputation of the enterprise. Good economic benefits have been created. In the introduction of the first part of this paper, the background and significance of this thesis are introduced, the development of project schedule management at home and abroad is introduced, and the theory of project schedule management is expounded. In the second chapter, the paper introduces the general situation of the project of a certain ore wharf, and analyzes the concrete problems in the control of progress in the construction process from the aspects of organization measures and technical measures. The third and 4th chapters analyze and study the problems of schedule management in the implementation of the project in detail. It is put forward that setting up the organization form suitable for the project management can speed up the efficiency of work and decision making, and is conducive to the realization of the goal of project schedule control, and from the quality and safety management, construction schedule plan. Four aspects of construction coordination and new measures and new technologies are discussed, the measures and methods of schedule control of the project are discussed and summarized, and the progress control process of the project is expounded. What should be done to ensure that the progress of the project is achieved in accordance with the planned objectives, and the quality of the milestone plan and the implementation of progress control, safety control measures and their application in schedule management have been developed. Thus, the target of time limit is realized. The conclusion part of the paper puts forward the construction of large and medium-sized projects, whose contents are huge, complex, long construction cycle, project managers attach importance to the appropriate choice of organizational structure. At the same time, it is necessary to strengthen the technical measures of progress control and strengthen the coordination and communication in the construction process, which is of great significance and reference to the progress control management of this kind of projects.
