养护环境对水工长龄期混凝土强度增长规律的影响

【摘要】:研究了在标准养护环境和自然养护环境下,普通硅酸盐水泥、矿渣硅酸盐水泥和掺粉煤灰硅酸盐水泥的长龄期混凝土抗压强度及其增长规律。结果表明:(1)自然环境下混凝土早期强度稍高于标准养护环境下混凝土强度,而后期强度则低于标准养护环境下混凝土的强度;(2)不同养护环境下的混凝土抗压强度与龄期关系均呈对数增长关系;(3)养护环境对硅酸盐水泥混凝土各龄期强度及其增长规律的影响稍大于矿渣硅酸盐水泥混凝土;(4)掺粉煤灰硅酸盐水泥混凝土具有早期强度较低,增长率较小,而后期强度增长速度快,至180 d龄期后仍有一定增长的特性。
[Abstract]:The common Portland cement was studied in the standard curing environment and natural curing environment. Compressive strength and growth of long age concrete of slag Portland cement and fly ash Portland cement. The results show that: 1). The early strength of concrete in natural environment is slightly higher than that in standard curing environment. The later strength of concrete is lower than that of the standard curing environment. (2) the relationship between compressive strength and age of concrete under different curing environment is logarithmic; (3) the influence of curing environment on the strength and growth law of Portland cement concrete is slightly greater than that of slag Portland cement concrete. (4) Portland cement concrete with fly ash has the characteristics of low early strength and low growth rate, while the later strength growth rate is fast, and it still has some characteristics after 180 d age.
