珠海码头防波堤工程的施工质量管理研究

【摘要】：质量是工程建设的生命之源，好的工程质量能够给项目建设带来良好的附加值。工程项目产品的使用寿命很长，需要经受时间的考验。工程项目的质量管理不仅关系到工程的实用性和投资效果，而且关系到人的生命财产安全。因此，工程质量管理成为项目管理各项工作中的重中之重。然而，由于项目的建设工期长，参与人员多，组织结构复杂，常常导致项目质量控制具有相当的难度。为了保证项目的质量，管理者必须从项目的计划、设计、施工和人员监督等方面，全过程、全方位地对整个项目进行有效的管理和控制。一个好的工程项目其质量管理要贯穿项目始终，从最初的规划设计环节开始就要严格把关，把最好的规划设计呈现，避免后期重复的修改造成成本浪费。在施工的环节中要严格管理，从人员管理到施工管理双管齐下，将质量事故在过程中消灭掉。同时在后期的验收环节要加强验收的标准以及验收的及时性，发现问题及时解决。工程质量的控制主要体现在两个方面：一个是建筑施工质量的的耐久性，能够达到长期的有效使用。第二是能够很好的控制节约成本，将建筑成本使用效益最大化。实现工程的可持续利用和使用过程当中的经济效益的持续性。本篇论文通过对珠海码头防波堤项目的工程质量管理方面着手，从码头设计开始，着手对项目设计进行质量管控设计，码头防波堤工程设计大多会出现设计方案在实际施工过程中承载量与后期运营使用过程中运载量相脱节。所以在设计过程就力求设计的承载量略大于预测的运营运载量，，避免出现设计与使用过程的脱节，让设计具有前瞻性。在施工过程中，加强人员的管理，加强人员质量管理意识、管理知识的灌输，将质量事故控制在萌芽状态。在后期的质量检验过程中加强建立单位、质监部门的横向对接与沟通，争取在码头防波堤建设过程中的质量问题第一时间进行解决。在实际的工程项目管理过程中，管理者也十分重视质量控制，但对其中的一些关键性的问题存在理解上的误差，项目执行上的偏差，致使建设项目出现质量问题。为了保证工程质量控制，有必要分析质量控制存在的问题，在本项目质量控制过程中，通过对于设计、施工以及验收过程的质量管理，防波堤工程在建设工期得以保证，在正常的质量情况下成本减少，这都依赖于工程质量管理控制在该项目建设过程中的应用。

The quality management of engineering project is not only related to the practicability and investment effect of the project, but also related to the safety of human life and property. Engineering quality management has become the most important part of the project management. However, because of the long construction period, the number of participants and the complexity of the organization structure. In order to ensure the quality of the project, the manager must plan, design, construct and supervise the whole project from the aspects of project planning, design, construction and personnel supervision.
