基于双启动标准的限制供水解析规则

【摘要】:建立了一种基于双启动标准的限制供水解析规则.新规则由3个子规则组成,并考虑了未来潜在缺水量与当前可利用水量的关系.首先通过时段初蓄水量与时段末两级目标蓄水量的关系决定潜在缺水量,从而确定调用何种子规则;然后在每个子规则中,根据当前可利用水量决定是否启动限制供水.从理论上给出了新规则的解析表达式,同时采用主-从种群混合进化的粒子群算法优化规则参数.徐家河水库供水调度的实例研究表明:新规则具有一定的合理性和有效性,结果明显优于标准运行策略、调度图以及常规连续型限制供水规则.
[Abstract]:An analytical rule of limited water supply based on double start criterion is established. The new rule is composed of three sub-rules. The relationship between the potential water shortage and the current available water is considered. Firstly, the relationship between the initial water storage of the period and the target water storage at the end of the period determines the potential water shortage, so as to determine the seed rules to be used. Then, in each subrule, we decide whether to start the limited water supply according to the current available amount of water. In theory, we give the analytical expression of the new rule. At the same time, the particle swarm optimization algorithm is used to optimize the rule parameters. The case study of Xujiahe reservoir water supply operation shows that the new rule is reasonable and effective. The results are superior to the standard operation strategy, the dispatching chart and the conventional continuous limited water supply rules.
