开敞式TBM同步仰拱衬砌台车的设计应用及推广前景分析

【摘要】:以LXB工程水源工程TBM施工段为典型案例,结合工程特点设计并使用TBM同步仰拱衬砌台车,以加快TBM运行中仰拱混凝土的施工。在已有技术的基础上进行了优化创新,台车断面采用非对称布置形式,避让连续皮带机;台车设置6个16 m长的工作区,合理布置清渣、钢筋绑扎、止水安装、模板安装、浇筑、养护等工序;充分考虑台车内双线通行以及车载混凝土搅拌罐的穿行,设计使用升降坡轨道连接装置,实现与TBM正常轨道的搭接过渡。工程实践表明,在保证不影响TBM施工的情况下,单台车月均可完成仰拱衬砌546 m,既能达到与TBM掘进同步施工的效果,又能达到缩短工期的目的。该设计在地下隧洞施工中具有广阔的推广前景。
[Abstract]:Taking the TBM construction section of LXB project as a typical case, combined with the characteristics of the project, the TBM synchronous invert lining car is designed and used. In order to speed up the construction of invert concrete in the operation of TBM, the optimization and innovation are carried out on the basis of the existing technology. The cross-section of the trolley adopts the form of asymmetric arrangement to avoid the continuous belt conveyor. Six 16m long working areas are set up on the bench, with reasonable arrangement of slag cleaning, steel bar binding, water stop installation, formwork installation, pouring, maintenance and so on. Fully considering the double-line passage in the trolley and the crossing of the in-vehicle concrete mixing tank, this paper designs and uses the lifting slope track connection device to realize the lap transition with the normal track of TBM. The engineering practice shows that. Under the condition that the TBM construction is not affected, the inverted arch lining can be completed by a single vehicle or month, which can achieve the effect of synchronizing construction with TBM tunneling. The design has broad prospect in underground tunnel construction.
