东湖水库库内水井封堵技术研究

【摘要】:东湖水库是南水北调东线一期工程胶东输水干线工程的重要调蓄水库。水库位于济南市东北部历城区郭店镇老僧口村东北部白云湖与小清河之间,工程永久占地8073.56亩,东湖水库年供水量8097万m3。库区内原有农业灌溉水井200多眼,深度20~30m不等,部分穿透相对不透水层,为确保水库蓄水安全和减少渗漏,对井筒及外侧反滤体进行回填封堵是必要的。本项目依托南水北调东线一期工程济南~引黄济青段东湖水库工程库内水井封堵的现场试验,论证库内水井封堵的必要性和应采取的加固技术措施。主要内容如下: 灌浆加固技术的优选研究、适合该水库数值分析的物理模型及数学模型的建立、加固效果的分析方法。 (1)库内水井封堵的现场试验,选择东湖水库库内水井典型封堵实例,采用高喷灌浆方案对库内水井进行封堵,对比封堵前后水井的渗漏量,对其可行性进行理论研究。 (2)库内水井封堵的必要性研究,采用地质钻探与现场压水试验相结合的方法,探明水井周围的地质特征,根据现场试验成果和理论分析数据,分析库内水井封堵的必要性。 (3)库内水井封堵的数值模拟,根据现场试验的物理模型,建立适合该水库库内水井数值模拟的数学模型,利用有限元法计算不同口径水井在封堵前后的渗漏量,对后期灌浆封堵库内水井提供技术支持。 (4)加固技术及加固效果的分析方法,根据库内典型水井的现场压水试验和数值分析成果,确定合理的加固技术和效果分析方法。
[Abstract]:Donghu Reservoir is an important reservoir in Jiaodong Water main Line Project of the East Route of South-to-North Water transfer Project. The reservoir is located between Baiyun Lake and Xiaoqing River in the northeast of Guodian Town, Laoshengkou Village, northeast of Jinan City. The project covers a permanent area of 8073.56 mu, and the annual water supply of Donghu Reservoir is 80.97 million m3. The original agricultural irrigation wells in the reservoir area have more than 200 eyes, with depths ranging from 20m to 30m, and some of them penetrate the relatively impermeable layer. To ensure the safety of reservoir storage and reduce leakage. It is necessary to carry out backfilling and plugging of wellbore and lateral filter. This project relies on the field test of water well plugging in the reservoir of Donghu Reservoir of Jinan ~ Yellow River diversion from Yellow River to Qingqing section of Donghu Reservoir in the first phase of South-to-North Water transfer Project. The necessity of plugging wells in the reservoir and the technical measures to be taken to strengthen them are demonstrated. The main contents are as follows: The optimum selection of grouting reinforcement technology is suitable for the establishment of physical and mathematical models for numerical analysis of the reservoir and the analysis method of reinforcement effect. 1) the field test of the water well plugging in the reservoir, the typical example of the water well plugging in the reservoir of Donghu Reservoir is selected, the high jet grouting scheme is adopted to seal the inside well in the reservoir, and the leakage rate of the well before and after the plugging is contrasted. The feasibility of the theory is studied. 2) the necessity of plugging wells in the reservoir is studied. The geological characteristics around the wells are proved by the method of combining geological drilling with in-situ water pressure tests, and the data are analyzed according to the results of field tests and theoretical analysis. The necessity of water well plugging in storehouse is analyzed. According to the physical model of the field test, the mathematical model suitable for the numerical simulation of the reservoir water well is established. The finite element method is used to calculate the leakage of wells with different caliber before and after plugging, which provides technical support for filling and plugging the inner wells of the reservoir in the later stage. 4) strengthening technology and analysis method of reinforcement effect, according to the field water pressure test and numerical analysis results of typical wells in the reservoir, the reasonable reinforcement technology and effect analysis method are determined.
