海湾地区冷凝器取水工程参数研究

【摘要】:水资源的日益短缺影响着人类的生存,制约了人类世界的发展。露水取水作为一种无污染、高效节能的取水方式,其可行性及优越性很早就被人们所发掘。由于海湾地区有着相对较高的温度和湿度,因此被选为露水取水研究的主要地区。基于海湾地区的特定条件,利用工程方程求解软件EES,首先确定了在气象条件为湿度RH=90%、风速v=8 m/s,冷凝器截面面积A=100 m~2时冷凝器会产生最大冷凝率;然后在供应最少电力条件下确定出了最优冷凝器尺寸为直径D=1 m、传热系数U=1.6、弯部数量N=50和表面面积S=1 800 m~2。该研究成果对海湾地区冷凝器露水取水有一定的参考意义。
[Abstract]:The increasing shortage of water resources affects the survival of human beings and restricts the development of the human world. Its feasibility and superiority have long been explored. Because of the relatively high temperature and humidity in the Gulf region, it has been chosen as the main area for the study of dewwater, based on the specific conditions in the Gulf region, Using the engineering equation solving software EES, it is determined that the maximum condensate rate will be produced when the meteorological condition is humidity RH90, the wind speed is 8 m / s, and the condenser cross-section area A ~ (100 ~ 2:00) is about 100 m ~ 2:00. Then the optimum condenser size is determined to be 1 m in diameter, heat transfer coefficient U 1. 6, the number of bends N ~ (50) and surface area S ~ (1 800) m ~ (2) under the condition of minimum power supply. The results of this study are of certain reference significance for the dewdrop of condenser in the Gulf region.
