淤泥搅拌固化法在海堤工程基础处理中的应用

【摘要】:基于淤泥固化技术在浙江省某围垦工程海堤淤泥基础处理中的应用,对淤泥固化技术在工程实际应用中的一些关键技术进行总结分析,如固化剂配比中各配方(水泥、减水剂、时候、石膏以及粉煤灰)掺量对淤泥固化土无侧限抗压强度的影响关系进行现场试验分析,为实际工程设计节省大量资金,并能充分发挥固化土的优势,根据现在正交试验数据,确定工程案例中固化剂掺量为15%,最后,通过对28d固化土取样试验分析,认为固化土28d无侧限抗压强度≥1.0MPa。
[Abstract]:Based on the application of silt solidification technology in the foundation treatment of silt in a reclamation project in Zhejiang Province, the paper summarizes and analyzes some key technologies of silt solidification technology in practical engineering application, such as various formulations (cement, water reducing agent) in the proportion of curing agent. At the same time, the influence of gypsum and fly ash on the unconfined compressive strength of silt solidified soil is analyzed by field test, which saves a lot of money for practical engineering design, and can give full play to the advantages of solidified soil. According to the present orthogonal test data, the content of curing agent in engineering cases is determined to be 15.
